This fully remodeled chic and inviting 1920’s bungalow is situated within minutes walking, biking, and driving distance to absolutely everything Delano and downtown Wichita has to offer. Minutes from Exploration place, Century II, The Wave, Intrust Bank Arena, Riverfront Baseball Stadium and much more! Less than one block from coffee shops, wine bars, and Wichita’s trendiest restaurants!

⭐️This space comfortably sleeps 5 guests. 2 full bedrooms, one with a bonus bedroom attached. The Master “The Arizona room” has a king bed and southwest charm! The 2nd room “the Mexico room” has a queen bed and colorful vacation vibes! The bonus room (attached to the queen), has a twin. Both the master and the queen bedroom have smart TV’s for your viewing pleasure. All rooms have closets and hangers, we have provided an ironing board and iron along with suitcase stands and the full bedrooms and bathroom all have full length mirrors. All mattresses are comfortable memory foam and extra blankets are available if needed as well! The bathroom is fully stocked with all necessities included a shampoo, conditioner and body wash dispenser. Full bath with a shower. Don’t worry about packing your blow dryer, we have one for you! We also provide extra tooth brushes and toothpaste if you missed that while packing. When your not feasting on Delano’s fantastic food offerings, the kitchen is fully equipped with all of your cooking needs including an oven, stove, microwave and all sizes pots and pans. We also provide basic spices and oils for cooking. Coffee lover? We have both drip and single cup coffee for your drinking pleasure.

⭐️If you enjoy working out while traveling the downtown YMCA is just a 4 minute drive and fully equipped.

⭐️Working? We have a dedicated comfortable workspace and Wi-Fi.

⭐️With exception of the garage you will have full access to the home including the laundry room with both a washer and a dryer that’s located in the basement.

⭐️This space is equipped with fire extinguishers, first aid kit, carbon monoxide alarm, fire alarm, outdoor motion detection, outdoor security cameras and ring doorbell for your safety and comfort.
