Casa Rustica is a beautiful dog-friendly cabin that accommodates up to 14 guests and 4 dogs, with beautiful views of the Blue Ridge mountains! This large cabin is 15 min to charming Downtown BR dining & shopping, Serenity Spa, grocery shopping, etc and is less than 30 min from gem mining, riverside dining, Aska Trails & the Chattahoochee National Forest for hiking & mountain biking.

The Space:
Welcome to our spacious and inviting mountain retreat in the heart of Blue Ridge! With 5 large bedrooms including 4 king beds, 1 full bed, and 4 twin beds, our cabin is perfect for accommodating large families or groups of friends. Each bedroom is stylishly furnished with modern amenities like flat-screen TVs, bedside tables, and ceiling fans for added comfort.

You'll find three full bathrooms conveniently spread throughout the home, ensuring everyone has plenty of space to get ready for the day ahead. The tub/shower combos, mirrored vanities, and plush towels add a touch of luxury to your stay.

Our fully equipped kitchen boasts modern appliances and everything you need to prepare delicious meals for your group. Enjoy family-style dinners at the traditional dining table or dine al fresco on one of the two outdoor tables on the porch.

Guest Access:
Casa Rustica can accommodate up to 14 guests and 4 dogs and as a guest here, you have the entire home to yourself. You can park 5-6 cars in the flat driveway and will be given a unique key code for the keypad on the front door. This home can be reached without 4WD, but if you are not familiar with driving in the mountains, we would recommend an AWD or 4WD vehicle for your trip. The home has a washer and dryer, high-speed Wifi, multiple flat-screen TVs with streaming capabilities, games, books, kids' equipment, and information about the local area.

The Neighborhood:
This cabin is in a neighborhood that has several home under construction. Construction noise may be heard during business hours.

Other Things to Note:
$75 pet fee per dog (4 dogs maximum) and all dogs must be house trained and over 18 months old. If you are bringing your dog, please let us know when booking. You must agree to keep your dogs off the furniture, keep them crated when left alone at the cabin, and to pick up after them in the yard. The pet fees will be sent after the reservation is booked and the number of pets are confirmed.

The cabin and hot tub are professionally cleaned and disinfected in between every guest stay.
Minimum age to rent this cabin is 25. All guests that book this cabin will be required to sign a rental agreement pdf and provide proof of ID.
No smoking of any kind allowed (cigarettes, cigar, weed, vape, candles, etc)

Gas fireplaces are only operable Oct-April as they produce a tremendous amount of heat.
Firewood is not provided but can be purchased through the management company for delivery.
