While it is generally a quiet and secure area, it may lack some family-friendly features, particularly for those looking to take walks in the evening, etc. If you have any concerns or questions, feel free to discuss them with me anytime.

You have private access to the entire home.

Please note: There is another small studio sized short-term rental located behind the main house. The backyard, driveway, and washer/dryer (located in small outdoor shed behind the house) are going to be shared amenities. Please be respectful and courteous of other tenants. Should you ever have any questions or concerns we are always available to help. :-)

Parking: This home shares parking with the studio house. For the main house parking, please park on the left side along the concrete pad. In any case, do not park behind cars sharing the lot to avoid blocking anybody in.

Meanwhile, the second bedroom offers a bunk bed featuring a full-sized bottom and a twin-sized top, complete with ample closet and dresser space. *there’s also an additional single trundle in the bunk room to host an extra guest if needed.

Our spacious bathroom boasts a double sink, toilet, large mirrors, and a newly tiled tub/shower combo, stocked with complimentary toiletries for your convenience.
