BookSmart Properties presents: It's About Time! This private 6 bed, 5.5 bath Duck home is minutes from the beach, sound and downtown shops and restaurants. As part of the Schooner Ridge community, you will have access to a private beach (~ 8 minute walk) with parking passes, a stunning oceanfront community pool, tennis & racquetball courts, fitness center, indoor pool (open year-round), and game room. "It's About Time" you get to Duck!
The Space:
This spacious home has two master king bedrooms, a queen master bedroom, a bunk room, a queen bed room and a den with a pull-out queen sofa bed. The kitchen is fully stocked with utensils and cookware and there is an additional refrigerator on the ground level for larger groups. The dining table comfortably sits 8 people, plus there is a high chair and 3 additional seats at the breakfast bar. There is ample deck space with outdoor seating and a screened-in dining area off the upper level. Coming in the off-season? We have you covered with a cozy wood fireplace in the upstairs living space.
The private outdoor pool area is fenced in with a hot tub and outdoor dining area. There is also an outdoor shower, and basketball court on the side of the home. All linens and towels are included as part of your stay, as well as starter paper products, shampoos, detergents, and soaps.

**Per HOA guidelines and local laws, the guests making the reservation must be at least 23 years old and be present during the entire duration of the stay. For non-family groups, all guests must be over the age of 23. If this rule or the home occupancy limit is breached, guests may be subject to fines or eviction.**
**Up to two pets are welcome for a $150 pet fee that will be added to your reservation**
**Pool will open April 1st and close the mid week of October**

Other Things to Note:
Pets are welcome, however, in order to ensure the cleanliness of our property for future guests we will require an additional fee of $150.
The pool will open April 1st and close the second week of October. If your stay is outside of this date range and you would like to use the pool, please reach out and I will do my best to accommodate.
Payment Schedule:
50% due at confirmation
50% or remaining balance due 30 days before check-in
The following violations may be subject to fines of up to $150: unregistered pets, late departure without approval by host, & house left excessively messy.
The home is stocked with a starter supply of paper products and toiletries to get going, but it is recommended that you bring or purchase more to last for the duration of your stay.
High speed Wifi is an amenity that is provided at the property but we cannot guarantee functionality for issues that are beyond our control. Potential Wifi outages will always be handled in a timely manner and resolved to the best of our ability. Unfortunately it is not guaranteed that our solutions will fix the issue and refunds will not be given for Wifi malfunctions.
