Dear Teri, thank you so much for your review. I will attempt to address each of your concerns one at a time, but first I would like to sincerely apologize for your less-than-perfect vacation experience. According to others here this place was way overpriced According to my “unofficial” research, the unit was modestly priced for that time of year (February), and I think you may be comparing winter season rates to long-term local tenant rates. Items missing, blender bottom This may be something a previous guest left behind, as I did not have a blender in the unit. Broken chair recliner needs repair I'm sorry the recliner was broken. It was in working order when the previous guest arrived, so I was not aware that it was in need of repair/replacement after he left. I have since ordered a new one that should be in the unit in the next couple of days. Some lights didn’t work Yes, we're aware that there is a “mystery” light switch in the entry hall that doesn't seem to operate anything. I'm still tying to figure which outlet it energizes, if any. Balcony was so dirty we cleaned it ourselves I'm sorry. I do have the unit professionally cleaned after each guest leaves, but it only takes a couple of days for the balcony to get dusty again due to the prevailing winds in that part of Palm Springs. It's a never-ending task to keep it clean. Needs updating When I bought the unit in 2022 I did a major upgrade by installing new floors, new kitchen counters, painting and redecorating, which is accurately presented in the listing photos, but there are still some things I'd like to do to upgrade the unit. So it's a kind of work in progress. The villa complex was delightful however! Thank you very much! We think so too!
