Disappointed

Not happy from the time they changed the original house we paid for … Was told they had fishing rods and reels .. management brought back one rod the next day I ended buying 4 more … the beds were either to small or very uncomfortable… This place needs to update their sleeping arrangements. beds couch’s etc they only had one roll of paper towels not enough bath towels. No laundry detergent no real garbage bags … the pool area was nice the location very nice it was very clean . my issues are mostly with management company… I would definitely not stay with this company again and do not recommend them.. this is not robot my name is Charles Turner and I am not happy with this company

Great week in South Florida

My family and I had a great stay here during Spring Break. The home was clean and well furnished - it looks recently-remodeled, although the blinds and window coverings would benefit from replacement. My teenagers loved the backyard pool and pool table inside, and all of us enjoyed the outdoor seating. The neighborhood is quiet, and the location on a canal at the end of a residential street was perfect for us. Groceries and restaurants on Commercial Blvd were close by, and the public beach at Lauderdale by the Sea was about two miles away. We had a few minor issues during our stay, but Brandon and Gary always responded right away to get things fixed. We’ll happily stay here again!

Nice place, excellent location

Enjoyed everything about this place. Nice layout, good location, the pool and patio area was very nice. I would recommend this place to anyone wanting a quiet get away with lots to do close to the area.

Great location

Positives: Pool was clean and the heater worked. The location is close to shopping and beaches. The grill was a nice plus. Beds were comfortable. Negatives:For the amount of $$ we paid for the place we were very disappointed in what we received. Firstly there was no hot water when we arrived. We contacted the host that got back to us after several hours and they said they would send someone by in the am. This meant no hot showers or hot bath for our 4 year old grandson. Secondly our feet were BLACK from walking on the floor barefoot. They were dead roaches on the kitchen floor and zillion of tiny buys moving at a fast pace constantly in the sink. The dishwasher and oven are literally not attached to the cabinets and falling out of the wall. We lost an entire cooked dinner on the first eve when we tried to remove a casserole from the oven. The blinds in one of the bedrooms had been taped into place and the first time we tried to close them several fell off. Loud neighbors who partied til midnight. Our 4 year old was kept awake. We would not stay at this property in the future and feel we are due a refund.

Poor Communication - gas had been shut off

The property was decent. Could have had a more stocked kitchen. Floors were dirty. But worst of all was that the gas was off for 2 of the 4 days of our stay. We couldn't cook on the stove so used the outdoor grill. I got in the shower to cold water, no hot water to take a shower for 2 days. The pool heater wasn't working so couldn't swim the first couple days and we specifically rented this property to use the pool. But the very irritating thing was when we called and wrote we were told the place didn't have gas and it was all electric. We were staring at a gas stove and located the gas water heater. It was clear someone hadn't paid the bill. So we had to go around the house and take pictures of the meters, the stove etc. They finally came and turned the gas back on I asked for a partial refund but no refund. They offered to put us up in a property for a couple nights when we were back that way but we live in Oklahoma and most likely will never be back there. It was not a good experience.
