Welcome to The Callie! A peaceful and relaxing newly remodeled 3 bedroom home with a very large open floor plan for entertaining. Located in the center of town, less than a 2-minute drive to local restaurants & shopping (or 15-minute walk to the square). We offer a large paved driveway, suitable for boats and or trailers. Also, a one-car covered carport. Lots of outdoor space with firepit & courtyard. A 24-minute trip to Dale Hollow Lake. We are 20 minute drive to Cookeville.
The space
Completely remodeled with an open floor plan. The living room/kitchen offers a large area for entertaining. A fully stocked kitchen to meet all your culinary needs. As well as a large kitchen island for prep space!
1st and 2nd bedrooms each have a Queen beds. The 3rd bedroom is a bedroom/laundry room combo. It offers a Queen bed and TV. This room has a curtain, instead of a door for privacy. Each room has sheets, blankets, and pillows.
The dining room has an office desk and a futon that can be used as a single bed. Extra sheets and pillows are provided. It has a barn door that can be closed for privacy.
The bathroom has a tile tub/shower combo, equipped with a starter kit of supplies: Toilet paper, towels, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, and soap.
Outside:
Enjoy a peaceful evening by the fire while you overlook the scenic wood view in the backyard or enjoy the bbq grill under the lights in the private courtyard that is fully fenced in. If it is raining, we have another outdoor sitting area in the carport for you to spend your time.
No need to worry about parking! We offer a very large driveway that is perfect for several vehicles.
Guest access
You will have access to the main house and courtyard all to yourself. The driveway, backyard, and firepit area are shared with the guest house. Please do not block any vehicles from being able to come and go.
Other things to note:
-Must be 25 years old to book. The person booking the property is required to stay at the property for the entire length of the stay.
-Only people booked to stay are allowed at the property.
-This is a residential area:
Quiet Hours: 10pm- 8am
-The upstairs is blocked and not available to access. You will be staying on the main level of the house.
-The fireplace is non-working. For looks only.
-The driveway and the firepit area are shared with the guest house.
-Please bring your own wood/supplies if you would like to enjoy the firepit and charcoal grill.
-A 24-minute trip to Dale Hollow Lake.
-For your security, the premises are equipped with exterior security cameras at each corner of the main house.
-We provide a starter kit of supplies for guests. Please plan accordingly to bring items that you will need.
Guests are to review the house rules before booking. If house rules and checkout instructions are not followed, guests are charged additional fees at checkout.
