This property is on the Yampa River with private fishing 30 feet out your back door. Relax in the hot tub after a day of skiing, hiking, biking, fishing, or snowmobiling with a clear view of Mt Werner. The private patio has a grill and furniture for relaxing. The unit has a southern exposure so even in the winter, the sunshine makes it very comfortable to relax outdoors. The oversized bedrooms has 3 beds and can sleep 5. The 2nd bedroom has a Queen that sleeps 2. This property has a private entrance and off-street parking. If you are visiting Steamboat while working remotely or looking for a long-term rental and want to be in town to seize a property when it becomes available this property is for you. If you have an Ikon pass and want a more permanent place in Steamboat without hauling your gear back and forth each week it is an easy drive from the front range. It is a 10 minute drive to the Meadows parking lot, and 15 minutes from your door to the gondola base area. The property is fully furnished and includes all utilities, high speed internet, streaming TV. We are close to the bus route and the core trail is adjacent to the property. A 15-minute walk or 5-minute bike ride will get you to downtown on the core trail. This is a non-smoking property and pet friendly. If you have off-season gear, we have off-site storage available.
