Nestled within a quaint, quiet neighborhood, this home was furnished solely with our guests' comfort in mind! From here, you're only moments away from shopping, dining experiences, and scenic trails! This home is perfect for business travelers, couples' getaways, small groups, or families who enjoy a safe, quiet, peaceful setting. Families with little ones are well-catered with a pack-n-play crib, a high chair, and toddler dishes. You will love how it feels like a true home away from home! The airport is a quick 5-mile drive.

The kitchen is equipped with everything you need for preparing meals, if you choose, from cookware to bakeware and dishes. It's stocked with what you'd have in your own kitchen - inviting you to whip up delicious meals or bake your favorite treats.

The new king bed in the main bedroom has fresh, inviting bedding and a smart TV for your downtime. The second bedroom has two new cozy twin beds, a small workspace, and another smart TV, ensuring everyone has perfect unwind space.

The bathroom offers more than just a place to freshen up – it's your private laundry space with a full-sized washer and dryer. Soft towels, shower essentials, and unscented/free detergent are provided for your convenience, ensuring you have all the comforts of home.

Perfect Little Place, Top-Notch Mgmt

This house was perfect for my stay. I was there for 2 weeks of business with the office 5 minutes away. The weather was not good and I'm from Arizona, so this was a wonderful refuge at the end of every long day. The furniture was very comfortable & cozy with plenty of throw blankets available. The stock of dishes, utensils, and knick-knacks in the kitchen was very good. And the spice rack is fantastic! I wish I'd had more time/energy to cook. The property manager was so nice and easy to talk with. Her communication leading up to check-in was simple and easy and she checked in on me during my stay to be sure everything was good. I did have a little hiccup in my schedule which caused a bit of "just-in-case" back-up planning. She did everything she could to be sure I was covered and at ease. Overall, this property and the management are top-notch. I'll be back to Anchorage a few times each year and if I need a vaca rental, this will be my first call.

Home away from home

This is my second time staying here--a comfortable home in a quiet neighborhood conveniently close to shopping and food including Costco, Diamond Mall and a straight shot to downtown for the novice Anchorage driver. All the little extras made this an exceptionally comfortable place to land at the end of a busy day.

Fav lil home away from home

Love this fully loaded house that has all you need and more! Comfy beds, spacious living room, fully loaded kitchen, and no need to pack extras for the bathroom. Huge back yard, perfect location!! This was our 2nd stay here, and I hope to stay here again over and over in the future.

When my husband and I saw this charming home, we knew it was special. We felt so comfortable that we lingered for nearly an hour during our initial visit. Once it became ours to share, we put the finishing touches on this space to share it with our guests.

Every detail and furnishing in this home has been hand-picked by us, with the same care and consideration we would use if we were the ones staying here. The space, furnishings, and decor reflect our taste and desire to give our guests a special experience.

In addition to this cozy retreat, we have two other vacation rentals in Anchorage, crafted with love over the years. We realized the need for a smaller, more intimate space for couples, individuals, and smaller groups, as our other properties boast three bedrooms. We take great pride in preparing these homes and crafting comfortable and memorable environments.

Our other two rentals are just a stone’s throw away – one’s a mile away, and the other five. If you have a larger group, we’d be delighted to accommodate your group across two homes!

Beyond the doorstep, we found ourselves falling for the charming neighborhood, the warmth of the neighbors, and the unbeatable proximity to all the essentials in Anchorage. While it may not be the most opulent district, it boasts an air of tranquility and peace that’s only minutes away from everything you might need or want.

And if you’re craving sunshine during the long Alaskan winters, we’ve got you covered. We also have two vacation rentals in sunny southern Utah, where you can bask in over 300 days of sunshine each year. The same special touches and hospitality that have earned the appreciation and joy of our guests will accompany you there.
