Located in Destin’s Miramar Beach, Ariel Dunes I 506 is a one-bedroom condo with spectacular beach views. It is the perfect place to stay during your beach vacay. The open floorplan, gulf views, and resort amenities make you feel right at home in paradise. The condo can accommodate six excited vacationers with one bedroom and a bonus sleeping space.

Upon arrival, the comfortable and naturally lit condo eases your worries, allowing you to relax and enjoy a stress-free vacation. Once inside, you are greeted with amazing beach views through a set of sliding glass doors in the living room. The doors open onto a balcony furnished with a raised table and chairs, creating a lovely spot to watch the waves, listen to the breeze, and sip a cocktail. You can enjoy these same views from the living room, which features a tan couch that doubles as a queen-size sleeper sofa and an accent chair. The seating arrangement faces a flatscreen TV mounted above a seafoam-colored credenza. A black and white aquatic painting complements the couch and contributes to the condo’s easy-going, ocean vibe. The kitchen is right next to the living area. It has granite-topped counters, white appliances, and spacious cabinetry. A raised breakfast bar with four white stools provides a casual place for dining throughout the day.

The condo’s master bedroom is peaceful and cozy, featuring a king-size bed, contemporary furnishings, a sunny window, and a flatscreen TV. A hallway bunk nook provides additional sleeping space with a twin bunk bed. All guests have access to a full hall bath.

Ariel Dunes goes to great lengths to ensure its visitors are comfortable and have a great time on vacation. Amenities include two refreshing swimming pools that total 12,000 square feet. One of the pools includes a zero-entry shallow end and a fun water feature for the kids. The pools are surrounded by an expansive sundeck furnished with lounge chairs. The poolside Cabana Café offers drinks, appetizers, and other refreshments. If you’d rather cook up your own meal, there are also BBQ grills available for use. The resort has an onsite fitness center that overlooks the pool and a tennis court for anyone looking to keep up their exercise routine during vacation. Another perk for Ocean Reef Resorts guests is reduced golf, tennis, and recreation rentals at Seascape Resort. And remember, the beach is only a two-minute walk from the property! Other nearby amusements include Silver Sands Premium Outlets, the Village of Baytowne Wharf, and Grand Boulevard.

*Two complimentary parking passes are provided. Additional passes may be purchased for $15.00 each. Monthly winter guests must purchase a parking decal for $25.00 once the complimentary parking pass expires after 15 days.

Based on the daily temperature and at the HOA's discretion, the onsite community pool for Ariel Dunes I is typically heated for the week of Thanksgiving and again from Christmas to Easter. The Seascape Tennis Village community pool is typically heated November - March 1st, while the Seascape Boardwalk community pool is typically heated October - April.
