Welcome to "The Wheat House on Main". Built in the early 1800's, located in the Historic District of Geneva, just steps from Hobart and William Smith College and the beginning of the Seneca Lake Wine Trail. 

Historic 1st story apartment; 2 private bedrooms, plus a bonus library/bedroom w/ sofa bed and trundle bed; 1 King bedroom; 1 Bedroom w 2 twin beds that can be combined to a make 1 King bed. AC installed in bedrooms only, doors must remained closed when in use. 



1 bathroom (shower, no tub), sleeps 5 people max. 

A gorgeous space to host a small dinner party, brunch, bridal party, or celebration! Kick back with family & friends in a spacious living room with a 65 inch tv, dining room with seating for 8-11 guests, soaring ceilings with original hardwood floors and character throughout, well-equipped kitchen. 

Enjoy your morning coffee on the large private balcony and relax in the evenings with a glass a wine overlooking the lake and city lights. 



Walking distance of HWS campus, boat house, downtown Geneva restaurants, coffee shop, Geneva History Museum (3 houses away), and Seneca Lake Park. 

*Please note the bedrooms are on the side of the house, closest to the street, there is noise from the traffic throughout the night. There is a box fan and sound machine available to use.  This is a multi unit property on college campus, it not a single family home experience, it is more of a small city hotel experience.
