The Space:
Sanctuary 4BR: 2500 sq. ft of well designed interior space including our massive 30 person dining room live edge table. This living room boasts 2 sectional couches and 2 75" LED TVs. This is the perfect space for hosting large groups of people. RECENTLY ADDED: 7 desk spaces with comfortable office chairs, make this the next spot for your company retreat today.

2BR Bunk House: A comfortable suite that can sleep 10 guests easily. 2 full bathrooms and a kitchenette for making coffee in the morning or eating some leftovers.

Bungalow 3BR + 2BR Monastery + Castaway Suite: This 6BR combination contains 3 individual units that are close together and have their own private entrances (please see resort map). With 5BA, 22 beds, and an additional living room, this is one of the best combination of vacation rentals for those who want to be close but maintain some privacy and some "get away" space. It is ideal for families, business associates, and mixed gender groups to break out while still being able to come together.

Sanctuary Event Deck and Tiki Hut BBQ Bar: this outdoor space is well designed for events and hosting. Host your networking, BBQ, reunion, birthday, ceremony, or anything worth gathering people together for. String lights have been professionally installed for evening ambiance, and 2 BBQ's have been installed to keep the food moving.

Bamboo Garden: One of our private event spaces is available specifically for this combination and included in the total price. This lounge has 2 high powered grills, over 25 ft of countertop space, a 50" tv, refrigerator and outdoor sink. When considering a place to host large meals, game nights, business meetings, group stretching, or a place to watch the game our bamboo garden accommodates perfectly!

The Neighborhood:
Very close to downtown (~$8-15 Uber), our vacation rental is located in a commercial neighborhood. Our 40,000 square foot resort includes 10 vacation rentals and no direct neighbors. This will allow you to host your friends and have a great time. This is a low income neighborhood, with our property located on a primary road with address: 3209 Market Street, San Diego, CA 92102.

Getting Around:
8 minute Uber downtown
12 minute Uber to airport or Coronado
15-20 minute Uber to Mission Beach, Pacific Beach, Ocean Beach

Our company, Good Life Resorts, invites you to enjoy your trip. Whether its for business, family get togethers, or groups of friends, we want to make your trip memorable.

Neighborhood is mostly commercial with a few residential houses on the street.

If you have questions, please ask before making a reservation. We have a variety of layouts and rentals and want to ensure you select the perfect rental for your group.

GoodLifeResorts is not accepting parties through Airbnb. Max guests on the Airbnb platform is 16. If you have more than 16 guests or want to host an event, other plant forms and sites will be able to handle such inquiries. During the Covid-19 pandemic NO parties will be allowed under any circumstances.

Detailed check-in information is provided to guests once they have made the reservation. This property requires a security deposit that will be authorized by AirBnB (but not withdrawn from your CC). Deposit is fully refunded to guests, provided no significant damage is found nor missing any items on property.

LATE CHECK-OUT: Please ask for late check-out as we often have incoming guests on the same day. Good Life Resorts has the right to charge up to $200/hour for late check-out if guest have not received written approval by the property manager. After 2 hours, charges up to a full night can be charged for guests that have not departed the property. Good Life Resorts holds the responsibility to clean and prepare for incoming guests as well as departing guests; and therefore, we request departing guests to adhere to the required check-out times.

Interaction with Guests:
Good Life Resorts offers privacy to your group and customer service as needed. We have a large network of contractors and service professionals available during your stay for repairs and requests. Although each rental on site is private, there may be some contact with other guests staying at the resort, no more than a standard hotel, and each rental has a private code unique to their listing.
