A 3 Bedroom, 4 bath top-of-the-line condominium located approximately 2.5 miles north of town.

Located on the northern end of Cozumel, this condo complex is away from noisy cruise ship crowds so you can have a quiet, relaxing getaway. To get downtown is only a 5-minute drive for shopping, dining and nightlife when you want it!

The space
Inside you will be delighted with Villa Paradiso which is one of the largest 3 BR condos on the island. The living room, dining room and kitchen have magnificent views of the sparkling blue Caribbean. Sliding glass doors lead to the oceanfront balcony which is a perfect spot to enjoy seaside morning coffee or a cool beverage as you watch the sun set over the Caribbean. You have the best seat on the island to watch as cruise ships pass in the evening, or the night lights of Playa del Carmen the distant horizon.

Located on the seventh floor with an elevator right outside your door means you have easy access to the pool and seaside where you can soak up the sun or take a refreshing dip in the pool. You will definitely want to slip on your mask, fins and snorkel to get a closer look at the rainbow colored fish and vast array of sea creatures right out your door. There is easy access into the water via 3 locations and ladders. Then let the gentle current take you along the coast and exit at the public dock; it's an easy walk back on the new pedestrian walkway to Peninsula Grand. By the way, this new walkway goes all the way into town, so you can jog, bike or take a pleasant stroll to restaurants and shopping (or hail a taxi along the oceanfront road).

Dining area seats 6 with additional seating for 3 at the kitchen lunch counter. The kitchen is fully equipped with granite countertops, microwave, cook-top, refrigerator/freezer, coffee maker, oven, blender, pots and pans.

The oceanfront master suite has a king bed, private bath, tub and sliding glass doors onto the oceanfront balcony. Second bedroom has king bed, private bath and ocean view. The third bedroom has a king bed, private bath and turquois views of the Caribbean.

There is a bath off the living area. And, of course, this unit has all the comforts of home. With the high speed internet, you can login to any of your streaming services from the smartTV, or your own devices.

Villa Paradiso in Peninsula Grand D7 is a fabulous luxury unit that will make your stay in paradise delightfully comfortable.

For additional amenities, there is an on-site chef 6 days a week, all you need to do is make a reservation to have dinner delivered to your suite or dine under the palapa. Want to keep up with your daily exercise - there is a gym area with weights and cardio equipment overlooking the Caribbean. There is a sauna as well as a massage room and you can schedule a masseuse on the beach, in the massage room or in your suite.

You can walk just a few hundred feet north to a public beach. Walkable both north and south are some wonderful cafe's and restaurants. We also recommend walking into the ocean from the unit, snorkeling and floating along with the current north to the public beach and some great eating and lounging options.

Getting around is super easy. You can drive, take a taxi or ride a bike just 2.5 miles south to downtown. All the amazing shops, local arts, cafe's and restaurants are very welcoming and have something for everyone.
