Great Stay

Ideal location, just seconds from the beach and bars/restaurants. The villa had everything we needed and more. Debbie and Andrew are great hosts. They were very helpful and responsive to our requests. Without hesitation, we would go back again.

My stay in Anguilla was absolutely wonderful. The location was stunning, offering breathtaking views and easy access to the island’s natural beauty. The property was quite run down for the price. It was good to be right on the beach. The continual loud music in the evenings was a bit annoying. The person meeting me at the property was very good.

Great location

We were a group of 4 adults. Parents and 2 kids in their 30s. We had a great time and no complaints. The place was in a perfect location. We went to other beaches but our beach was always the calmest. We cooked a lot.. the kitchen had everything we needed. We didn't need anything but Debbie was always available if we did. Great stay! We booked again

Meters from the beach!

We had a great time here. We were 2 couples and found the place to be a good fit. The house was clean and adequate for our needs. The kitchen had everything we needed and a full size fridge. The highlight of the property is being meters from the beach. You can see the ocean from the patio! It is also nice to be able to walk to the restaurants and bars on Sandy Ground without having to always drive somewhere. Debbie and Andrew were great hosts. Easy to get in touch with and responsive. We have already booked another stay here.

2nd stay!!

We love this place! You can walk to bars/restaurants. I didnt count the steps, but its steps to get in the water. Maybe 50 steps? You have a view of the water while hanging on the back deck. Its very comfortable and has everything you need. Its perfect for the relaxed vacationers that want to enjoy a good location at a great value. If you are expecting a fancy redone house without small flaws this is not for you. We visited the more popular beaches like shoal and meads. They were beautiful but our beach was always calm and also beautiful. Andrew met us at arrival and if we needed anything he was there to help. He came by daily to keep up with the garden. We didnt need anything but hes a cool guy! And we were glad to become friends with him during the week. Thank you debby and andrew for having us!

L'océan était visible de la maison, mais souvent obstruée par la présence de voitures. La cuisine était bien équipée. Les matelas étaient rigides mais très propres. La climatisation des 2 chambres fonctionnait bien. Par contre, le salon était très chaud en soirée et le ventilateur de plafond pas assez puissant. Debra et Andrew ont répondu à nos demandes diverses très rapidement et avec courtoisie. Hôtes de première classe.
