This beautifully furnished and spacious condo offers a perfect blend of modern amenities and cozy comforts. The home boasts a comfortable charm, with 3BD and 3 full BA, with 4 beds! No one has to share! The downstairs bedroom has two twin beds. Upstairs, you'll find two more bedrooms. Each of them have a queen bed with large private walk-in full bathroom attached. The master bathroom has duel sinks and large walk-in closet. The second bedroom with a queen bed has an adorable window bench.

The fully equipped kitchen comes with all the essentials needed to whip up delicious meals. From stainless steel appliances to ample counter space, preparing homemade dishes is a pleasure. The adjacent dining area features a stylish table where you can savor your culinary creations and enjoy meaningful conversations.

This condo has 2 parking spots and a small fenced in backyard. There is a full bathroom downstairs and as well as the two attached to each bedroom upstairs. All three bathrooms are equipped with all the amenities you will need for your stay including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, towels and a blow dryer. You'll find a nice washer/dryer on the second floor.

The Boise River is only a couple blocks away where you can walk the canal to Bown Crossing, or drive 1.5 miles to Barber Park and rent a raft or paddle board to float the river in the summer. Also close by are the foothills, BSU, Bown Crossing, Shakespeare Theater and our thriving downtown filled with local shops and restaurants. Whether you're relaxing at home, hitting the town, or exploring the great outdoors, the Boise Avenue Getaway is your Perfect Getaway.

If you are the outdoorsy type, hikes in the foothills, mountain biking, and floating the Boise River are close at hand. For foodies, downtown Boise is around 10 minutes drive with a thriving food scene- check out our house guide for our recommendations on eats and drinks! For sports or concert fans, Bronco Stadium and the Extra Mile Arena, as well as the Simplot Sports Complex, are also nearby.

Bown Crossing, a shopping, dining, and entertainment hub of Boise, and is only a short distance away. With fabulous dining and a public library, Bown Crossing is one of Boise's most desirable neighborhoods, due to the liveability and walkability of the area. The Idaho Shakespeare Festival, running outdoor shows in the summer and early fall, is a 15 minute bike ride or 10 minute drive away. Bring a picnic and enjoy Shakespeare, musicals, and other plays.

To the West of the home lies Downtown Boise, Boise State University, the Boise Bench neighborhood, and the Boise Airport- all within about 10 mins drive.

Looking to go farther out in the Treasure Valley? West Boise, including the Boise Town Square Mall, is about 15 mins away. Meridian lies about 20 minutes to the West, while Northwest Nazarene University is about a 30 minute drive away, with College of Idaho and Idaho Wine Country just beyond that.
