The condo was wonderful, beautifully done, quiet and relaxing. The views off the balcony are fabulous. The check-in team was very helpful and kind and when I forgot my door code after hours; I was able to reach someone by phone and get it resolved immediately. The TV and wifi worked perfectly. The kitchen is well stocked with plates, mugs and other needful items. The little welcome boxes of supplies for the kitchen and bathroom products is well thought out and a definite plus. The furniture is very comfortable and I love all the outlets--there are even some in the furniture, which is awesome. It's off season and the one thing I wasn't thrilled with was the amount of "visitors" we had--one day the pest man, one day the window washers needed in, one day the fire extinguisher checkers, one day I was asked if I minded if a realtor showed the condo (which I declined and they were great about that). I know much of this can't be helped, it's just a little disconcerting when you're lounging in your pjs and a knock comes on the door and you know if you don't answer it they're just going to walk right in. This is also the first time I've had to go to a different place to pick up and drop off the codes/armbands/parking pass. They are great in the office, it was just an extra step. Everyone we spoke to was kind, informative and caring. I love the security in the building. Overall the condo is perfect and I will definitely stay there again if I get the opportunity.

Fabulous Condo!

I generally don’t book a place that doesn’t have reviews since photos/description may be outdated. However, this looked so nice and a newer listing so we took a chance. The condo was fabulous, so so clean, everything worked, very comfy beds, kitchen was well stocked. Don’t hesitate to stay here, we’ll be back!

COX Cable was terrible

During our entire stay, the master bedroom tv was not working. Multiple calls made to Perdido Realty, who were very good in keeping us informed that this issues was an HOA issue and they would have to send Cox cable out. Twice they were scheduled to come, and never showed. Supposedly, Cox did someone over, and we were not there, AND the tv still was t working. Very disappointing

Very nice

Our overall trip was amazing! The view was great and the condo was quiet. There was some brown stuff on the wall in guest bathroom and you never want to see that. The ice machine didn’t work so that was not great- And the master bed was not comfortable at all. The view was great and overall condo was very nice. Having a key sucked. Having to remember the key and who had it was not good and one time we locked ourselves out so I’d recommend a key pad . However , when we did lock ourselves out the maintenance was very responsive and quick. The pool guy was so cranky and put a damper in my day. He was just rude. Rude to me and other guests. I called him “cranky Joe” the entire time but I don’t know his actual name. The week was vet nice and relaxing but I may try another unit in the complex next time just due to bed confort. It was rough. It was like we got sucked into a marshmallow.

Highly Recommend!!

Loved our stay here! It was exactly like the pictures and the description. Very clean! It was mandatory that we have an unobstructed view of the ocean and this place delivered! The location was close to a Winn Dixie and a Publix for groceries, and there were restaurants nearby. There's also a 24-hour automated ice machine stand not far from the property. This was very convenient when we noticed that the refrigerator wasn't cooling. I called the after hours emergency maintenance line, and they informed me that renters need to allow the refrigerator to cool a full 24 hours after check-in due. I did not find this in any of my paperwork, however, and had already purchased groceries. We just put everything in a cooler with ice until the refrigerator cooled which literally did take 24 hours to cool down. Orange Beach is less than a 10 minute drive from the condo if you want more options for food, activities, etc. A couple of conveniences that I don't think were listed in the description but were provided; beach toys and umbrellas, extra bed pillows/blankets, and there were plenty of clothes hangers for a week's stay for 3-4 people. Bath/hand towels were provided, but they shed lint like crazy! The dryer did take a little longer to dry loads as well. Also, we did not have any hot water in the kitchen the entire stay. These were minor inconveniences to us, but I did leave these details for management so hopefully this is remedied. Overall, A WONDERFUL STAY. Would rent again!!
