Zentral gelegen und inmitten von Pinien gelegen, ist dieses 3 Schlafzimmer 2 Bad Kabine nur wenige Gehminuten von South Lake Tahoe Strände und Bijou Municipal Golf Course. Ein kurzer 1. 7 Meile fahren Heavenly Ski Resort, Casinos. Wandern, Radfahren, Shopping, Restaurants, Schwimmen, Kajak, Rudern, Jet-Ski und vieles mehr all zu nahe. Wenn Sie ein Bootsfahrer sind, können Sie eine Krawatte bis über die Straße zu Timber Cove Lodge mieten ... zu Fuß vom Haus entfernt. Safeway ist um eine 1/4 Meile entfernt für einfachen Zugang. Schneeräumung ist bereits gesorgt, so dass, wenn Sie zeigen die Einfahrt ist klar!

Vorder Zimmer verfügt über 3 Sofas, Esstisch mit 8 Stühlen, und 42 'Flat Panel TV und Gas-Kamin. Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet und verfügt über alle neuen Geräten. Auch gibt es drei Barhocker entlang des Zählers. Das Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein Doppelbett, eigenes Bad mit begehbarer Dusche, Glas-Schiebetür zum Garten und einen eigenen Fernseher mit DVD-Player. Die zweite und dritte Schlafzimmer haben ein Queen / zwei Etagenbetten. Beide verfügen über TV und DVD-Player. Es ist ein Tank-weniger Wasserkocher, so dass jeder bekommt eine heiße Dusche.

Es ist ideal für Familien mit Kindern wegen der geschlossenen in Hinterhof und Schatten von der heißen Sonne, falls gewünscht oder den Holzböden für den gelegentlichen spill in den großen Raum. Wir haben auch Kinder Teller, Tassen, Tore, Pack & Play und einen Hochstuhl.

Great location. The house is very near a Safeway and walking distance to our favorite Italian restaurant in Lake tahoe. There's plenty room and the bedrooms are comfortable! I'd recommend it!

Fantastic gem in South Lake Tahoe!

We spent a week over Christmas in this beautifuly decorated, amazing gem in SLT. Large living area and great room so you are always part of the action. The beds are super comfy. The walls are nicely insulated so that if you want to go to bed early you can with out hearing whats is going on in the front of the house. The owners were quick to help with any questions we had. Extremely accessable to all that Lake Tahoe has to offer. We will be definatly going back.

Bogus cleaning fee but nice house

While the house itself was nice and we did not encounter any issues other than some initial access problems and the internet not working, we did incur an additional frivolous cleaning fee. We were charged an extra $100 by the owner because we left an ironing board out. There were pictures of a bag of chips and things like that left out sent to us as proof and validation for the $100 extra cleaning fee, however, none of that was there when we left the house. We never even purchased any bags of chips in the first place. I emailed the owner (Rick) to ask him to further inquire with his housecleaner, however, i received no response and don't have the time to dispute the charges with my credit card company but was already charged since Rick decided to charge the credit card on file without clarifying any of these extra charges. Other than that, the house is nice and we enjoyed our stay while there.

Anj, I appreciate your response, but you are the only person I have ever had to charge an extra fee in 3 years. Unfortuantely, the pictures from my long time housekeeper tell a different story. Please close and lock the door when you leave and maybe the "mystery chips" wouldn't have appeared. I am happy to share the pictures of the state of the house with anyone that inquires.

Convenient Tahoe Home

Perfect for families with kids. Close to many fun activities and walking distance to Safeway and CVS. My husband enjoyed golfing the 9-hole golf course down the street while my boys burned lots of energy at the local bmx track that was also nearby. If you plan on staying more than a few days, like we did, make sure you bring extra bath towels. There is no washer/dryer on property and we were only provided with one bath towel each. We have stayed here several times now and hope to stay in the future.

Relaxing Family Time

Our family was very impressed with the comfort of the home. My little one enjoyed the back yard and the toys provided at the home. The kitchen/ living/ dining area allowed our entire family to enjoy each other's company while we cooked a meal and ate together. We were able to easily walk to local eateries, Safeway, and to the park- this was especially convenient on 4th of July because the parade ends there. So, we were able to join the fun at the end of the parade's route. We absolutely loved the space that the home provided for a family of five (5). This home provided the perfect atmosphere to return to after a long day at the beach together.

Great house!

Second time my family stayed there. Has many supplies in the kitchen to help keep the cost of meals down. Great location near a grocery store as well. 5-10 minutes from Heavenly. Can comfortably sleep 8 adults although we didn't have that many. Water can take a little while to warm up at times, and some light bulbs need to be replaced. Will gladly stay there on future trips.

Beautiful!

The house was very nice. The pictures didn't do it justice. The property was just a short distance from the casinos, shops, etc. Perfect size for the seven of us and very cozy. Would definitely stay here again!

What a great find - a short walk from Ski Run Blvd., nice décor, well stocked kitchen (appliances), easy to find and use as a base for activities at South Shore and Stateline. Highly recommend, will book again if we can!

Great family home in South Lake Tahoe

This is a beautiful home in a fantastic location, and it was perfect for our family of 5. Our three kids loved the huge bunk beds and the closet full of toys. We loved that Safeway was only a few blocks away and we didn't have to battle South Lake Tahoe Blvd to get groceries. Everything we needed was within a short driving distance. The fenced in backyard was awesome, and the 3+ feet of snow covering it was a huge bonus for the kids. We will definitely be back and we highly recommend it.

Great Place to Stay!

Our family just came back from our annual snow trip and we truly enjoyed staying on this property. It is well maintained, clean and updated. If you have children, they have games, toys and even kid-friendly dishes/utensils available for you to use. They are close to Safeway and CVS if you need to make a quick run to the store. The owners are quick to respond to emails and answer questions; very helpful. They have a great front and backyard where our kids were able to play. The owners do have a checklist of things to do before leaving so make sure you go through each item carefully. Nothing out of the ordinary and it really is to help maintain the quality of their property. We loved staying on this property and hope that we can come back again!

Very nice place.. a definite come back

Overall the house is very beautifully furnished. all stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, fully stocked kitchen. Two rooms have a queen with a small twin bunk on top. The only small negative, I don't even know if it's a negative, was the master bed was a little on the soft side/ possibly worn out, maybe it's just me but I'm used to a firmer mattress. The place is awesome! definitely on our "to stay again" list. Very close to everything in Tahoe.

Fun for the whole family!

This home was exactly what we needed for our little get away! It was super cozy and we definitely took advantage of the easy access to stores, casinos and even the slopes nearby! The fully loaded kitchen made it easy to prepare home cooked meals, and the kids especially enjoyed playing in the snow that covered the backyard! This property was easy to book and we had no problems from beginning to end. I highly recommend this property for your home away from home vacation!!

Cute cottage, well-suited for small children

Cute cottage, very clean, and well-suited for young children as it has a high chair and children's toys. The beds were comfortable. Great location--close to the beach and skiing. Nice size back yard. We would stay there again, but there were supplies missing. We had to make a trip to Safeway to buy toilet paper and paper towels. There were also two light bulbs missing in the kitchen, which made for dim vision. We also couldn't find the shovel to shovel the snow from the driveway. It also needs another chair in the family room to accommodate the 6 adults staying there. If it were not for those things, I would give it a 4. Because of that, I'm giving it a 3.

Great experience all around

Had a awesome stay with 4 adults and 4 small children - very family friendly with plenty of room for all 8 of us. They had everything, high chair, pack-n-play, kids plates & bowls, toys, games - so convenient for a family vacation. Richard was very accommodating and extremely quick to respond - made the whole experience very simple. As other reviewers have said, it's a very convenient location - it may not have that flashy "Tahoe cabin" look from the outside but no complaints here, the inside made up for it.

We are a family owned property and have always enjoyed Tahoe. We have been coming up for over 30 years and felt the timing was right to get our little slice of Tahoe.

We chose this area due to the close proximity of the Beaches, Golf, Ski/Snowboarding, Park and the Casinos.

Das macht diese Unterkunft einzigartig

Staying at our property you will enjoy how close everything is from the front door. You can be golfing, or at the beach or shopping at Safeway within minutes. Heavenly Ski Resort is 3 minutes away, and the Casinos are 5 minutes(furthest distance from house and they are only 1.7 miles away). Times are subject to hitting a red light or green light, but not the Golf Course.
Also, we are very close to Bijou Park which has updated play structures, a 27 hole Frisbee Golf Course, Volleyball nets, skate park, picnic areas, snack bar, two dog parks, etc...
