Walk to a morning coffee shop, local eatery, or hop a 5-min rideshare to UofA from my private 2BR second-story condo in the popular, bustling Hedrick Acres neighborhood. Fully furnished and stocked kitchen, 12" Green Tea memory foam mattresses, a quaint back patio, a community washer/dryer in the clubhouse, and steps to the jacuzzi and pool. Smart TVs with Netflix, or log in to your personal streaming services...and everything else you’ll need for your sunny snowbird vacation, travel nursing assignment, or shorter visit.
When my family vacations here we enjoy the clean, safe, and relaxing atmosphere, and I'm sure you will too! My goal is to provide the most accurate and comfortable experience possible, but in case we forgot something, send a message or call anytime during your reservation. Me and my co-host Lisa are always here to help.
You will have private access to all of the community amenities, including a relaxing swimming pool, hot tub, exercise room, BBQ and picnic tables, and clean clubhouse laundry facilities.
We apologize, but access to the mailbox is not possible at this location. The post office is close by.
We take pride in ensuring every photo displayed is shot in our condo with actual furnishings. That said, we regularly refresh our decor and furniture arrangements, which may slightly differ from what's pictured.
While staying in this community please be respectful of our neighbors! No parties and extra guests are not allowed to use the community amenities. Rowdy behavior reflects poorly on us and we will charge $250 or more per violation. Dogs only. No cats. Lastly, please do not use the fireplace (it is not operable)
Please kindly check additional reminders for the property and note that these rules help keep our community a respectful place to live.
• No smoking, vaping, or use of marijuana at anytime in the unit. Being 100% compliant with the HOA guidelines is imperative.
• No parties or events please.
• Check-in is anytime after 3PM and check-out by 11AM.
• Unfortunately, the fireplace does not. Please do not use.
• Please respect our friendly neighbors.
• Please do not burn candles, incense, or any other open flames.
• Unfortunately, we cannot allow personal mail deliveries to our property. We can only allow Amazon package deliveries.
• Lock the door AT ALL TIMES. We want you and your things to be safe.
• Do not have more guests than stated in your reservation and please do not have any unapproved visitors.
• No loud music or disturbances, especially noise past 10 pm.
• We are not responsible or liable for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur while on the premises. We are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables during your stay. We cannot be responsible for any items left behind.
• FEES: A lost remote control (TV, fan, or air conditioner) will result in a $100 charge.
• FEES: A $250 fine will be imposed for any type of smoking.
• FEES: Unapproved Late Check-Out fees: Every hour after 11 a.m. is an additional $100.
• FEES: Additional guests not listed on the booking inquiry not allowed. Please be completely transparent in your reservation.
