The bathroom is very spacious consists of a tub with clean modern tiles and great lighting prefect for applying makeup.
Each bedroom consist of a 32 inches Smart TV, a comfortable queen bed, a dresser, night stand with lamp, and huge windows that provides great lighting.

Parking is available on property to the rear of the house. Smoke/carbon monoxide detectors are throughout the apartment and fire extingushier available.
This apartment is prefect for accommodating up to five persons in a modern and functional environment. Perfect for longer stays, traveling nurses and or business persons.
There is Keyless entry to the main entry door and the apartment door. You will be provide with codes for entry for both doors via text and or emails.
There are laundry facilities that are less than 1 minute away in either direction which offers pick up and drop off services.
Additional House Rules:
Please dispose of all trash in the outside garbage bin to the rear of the house.
Please ensure that the kitchen is cleaned and the dishes are washed.
Place all used towels in the linen hamper in the closet in the entryway.
Inform host promptly of any damage or mishap.
No loud noises from 10pm to 6am 
No smoking/hookah/vaping in the apartment. If there is smoking noted guest will pay for deep cleaning by professional company to remove smell. 
No house parties or events.
No pets allowed. 
The guest that is verified must be present at time of check-in. If verified guest is not present other guests would not be permitted to check in. 
Guests will be charged the total price for the day if there is a late checkout without permission.
