This rental was stunning. A perfect view of the ocean and so so clean! There is so much more to the unit than the photos advertise. The kitchen is fully stocked, there is a washer and dryer, a drip coffee maker-bring filters, extra chairs, beach towels, and so much more that I wish I had known ahead of the visit. I rated the communication low as the check in instructions and directions were sub par. For those who need to know, this property is in ocean villas, 4th floor. It’s the 4th red roof east of the Wyndham. There is a small circle drive to pull into to unload luggage. We had to unload and get a garage door opener from the unit to open the gate to the parking lot….again, something that wasn’t communicated ahead of time.We arrived late, about 10pm and when we arrived, the code to unlock the door did not work. We tried reaching Euniz the property manager through VRBO and calls. No answer and no response. We thought we may have been scammed. Thank goodness for some security guard who had the name of the owner and a phone number. By now close to an hour had passed and we called the owner late at night, she answered and gave us several codes to try. Finally one let us in. It was a very alarming start, but the unit is beautiful, and hopefully this was just a fluke.The hotel next door has fun restaurants that are about a 5-10 min walk though a connected sidewalk along the beach or walkable on the beach. It was a stunning property and other than the rough start.
