Meredith- I am sorry you were annoyed with the toilet paper provided. We supply our guests with the same products our family uses when we are in Driggs. We have never had issue, it does the job. And I’m sorry you were unhappy with the dining arrangement. The maximum capacity for our home is 10 guests and we provide 10 pub-height seats to accommodate the table and bar top. We host lots of extended family and have been able to comfortably fit 8 adults and 2 kids around our dining table. There are several pictures of the table and extended bar top on the listing as we try to make sure guests are fully aware of the property before booking. Unfortunately after your stay we incurred extra cleaning fees because of the mess your dog left. I left you a 5 star rating as a renter because we know the negative impact anything less than a 5 can have as hosts are considering approving you for future rentals. The same is true of ratings as hosts. This impacts the discounts we are able to pass on to renters.

The bedroom arraignment is correctly listed in the property description. Additionally, there is a queen size pullout sofa bed available for guests that could easily accommodate a couple. This is a bald faced attempt to blackmail us and avoid paying an unpaid rental balance. As a note to other owners, be cautious renting to this individual. We are seeking payment for significant damage caused by Dyana. To fix the damage caused cost us over $2,000. She opted out of the insurance protection we require and then refused to pay for the damage she caused. We have almost a perfect 5 star rating and have rented to hundreds of families over the past several years. We do have local property management and would have refunded or tried to take any reasonable action to ensure our guests have a great stay. The repairman was able to close the door by gently pulling on the garage door manual pull. It was very reasonable she could have closed the door. There was also significant damage to our garage, exterior of our home after her stay. She disassembled and broke our bearproof garbage cans and ruined several rugs that were damaged because of her neglectful treatment of several dogs she traveled with. As property owners we hope guests will be respectful of our home. We are only seeking restitution for the damage she caused by failing to take reasonable action during her stay.
