ABOUT THE SPACE

This Two-Bedroom accommodation is a spacious 1330 sq. ft. and can sleep up to 6 guests. Each unit features a king sized bed in the master bedroom and two full baths. Two bedroom units are furnished with two twin beds or one queen sized bed in the guest bedroom depending on availability. All of the bedrooms have TVs. Enjoy a homemade meal courtesy of the fully-equipped kitchen- contains fridge, oven and stove, microwave and dishwasher as well as countertop appliances such as a blender, coffee maker, and toaster and utensils, dishes, and cookware- around the elegantly-set dining table. After dinner, take advantage the spacious living area and relax on the comfy couches while watching a movie on the cable TV equipped also with satellite and DVD Player.

Each unit offers a queen sized sleeper sofa to accommodate groups up to 6 (4 in one bedroom units). Wi-Fi is available throughout the resort and in each guest unit. Washer/dryers are centrally located to each unit for guest convenience, and all villas feature a screened in patio/balcony to enjoy the Florida sun.

TAXES AND FEES:

At time of check-in, a valid government-issued photo identification is required and must match the guest name under which the reservation was made, credit card for $200 USD security deposit and a nightly rate of $14.95 plus tax resort fee will be required at check in. The deposit must be made on a major credit card- cash and pre-paid debit cards are not accepted.

Resort Fee includes WiFi, pool and hot tub, fitness center, basketball court, pool table, shuffleboard, mini-golf, business center computer/internet and boarding pass printing.
