This old millhouse was remodeled this summer to be a modern-day farmhouse with barn doors! The house sits on top of the hill and is a doll of a home! Located only 1.7 miles to Frank Howard Memorial stadium! Of course, this house is decorated with Clemson Memorabilia ! Go Tigers!

It’s a great location and size for us. I did notice the bathroom wasn’t as clean as in the past…fyi. Everything else was great and we would definitely stay again!

Great place

We were looking for somewhere close to the football stadium as we were in town for the spring game. Location and home amenities were exactly what we were looking for. Highly recommend for small family stay.

Perfect location to campus

Great little place, everything we needed and enjoyed our time there. Super close to Clemson’s campus, which made it super easy to visit our daughter. Communication with the owner was spot on and super responsive if we had a question. We will definetly be back again.

Nice little bungalow close to campus

This little house has everything you need for a weekend stay. The sitting area was comfortable for hanging out with our Clemson kid. The communication was good and checking in and out was so easy.

This was the perfect house for our family of 4 to enjoy Clemson’s Ring Weekend. Location was perfect

Rental instructions were easy as it gets. The house is adorably decorated with Clemson memorabilia. The local host was so nice and very accommodating!!

Clemson Memorabilia House

My daughter is a student at Clemson. I came into town at the last minute to help celebrate her birthday. I was not prepared for the alternate payment method through the management company, but VRBO contacted them, and assured mean it was a safe transaction. This house was just perfect. It was close driving distance to campus and her apartment complex. As a new member to the Clemson Family, the memorabilia displayed around the house was interesting and informative. I will definitely see if this house is available the next time I am in town.

Adorable cozy cottage

Very comfortable Place with convenient location. The shower was fabulous and the bed was comfortable. A few little things that the owner may not know about didn’t work like the box fan must have been broken previously. When is went to run it, it shook rapidly bouncing around the room. Very nicely kept home overall with a few things needing to be fine tuned for a perfect score. The toilet handle needs to be held down for a few seconds to flush entirely so we were left a present upon first impressions and arrival. Overall I recommend staying there and would definitely stay again. Bring some coffee pods if you would like keutig coffee in the mornings. We enjoyed the Clemson memorabilia and wished there was a book about the home owner’s history.

Not good at all

I was called by the owners stating that the unit was not available. No power or water. I could not find another unit within hundreds of miles. Owner asked to rent the unit to others displaced by the hurricane I agreed slept in my car. I want a refund please. I will attempt to use again on future visits. Not notified by anyone that the weather had impacted the area until after arrival. I asked for help finding another unit with no help!

Cozy but broken

Listing advertised air conditioning and washer dryer. A/C did not work, fan that was in the bedroom also didn’t work. Probably unreadable warm for spring but house was low 80’s at night making sleeping very difficult for all of us. Dryer did not work. No soap for the shower. We called and asked for some, was told it would be dropped off but never happened in our 3 days at the house.
