Updated SUPER FUN one bedroom, one bathroom condo, with a classic wood burning fireplace which reflects a bright/airy modern feel. This simplified living space is ideal for the cost-effective spontaneous “Mom & Dad-quick getaway”, or the annual ski/mountain biking trip.

Includes two smart TV’s , various board games, functional kitchen (excluding spices/cooking oils), snowboard and ski storage (up to 3 boards or ski’s), and a queen pull-out bed in the living area to allow extra sleeping space. MAX occupancy is four guest. We are located on the SECOND floor which provides a small sitting area OR temporary bike storage if desired. Bike stands are available for use, with optional locks. (Key & combination).

Rotating shuttle pick up/drop off right outside your door every 15 minutes. Don’t forget Angel Fire is the only resort in NM that offers weekend night skiing 4pm-7pm!

Circumstantial washer/dryer use upon request. It’s NOT located in the unit, but in an adjacent building on site. (1 minute walk)

All confirmed bookings will receive a link to a DIGITAL GUIDE upon booking and prior to arrival: This includes a door code, personal restaurant recommendations, and other informative instructions. This makes your check-in experience stress free, and more exciting.

Pets are allowed. Maximum of 1 dog per stay. Pet fee will be waived for first responders. Please keep animals off the furniture & secured when not with owner. They cannot roam the property unsupervised. When outside, dogs must be leashed at all times. All damages will be charged to owner.
