BEDROOMS

The couch can be reconfigured into a full-size bed by adjusting the six pieces into two rows of three. A feather bed is provided to create a flat surface for sheets and blankets.

The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, bakeware, and basic spices. We provide a coffee pot with complimentary coffee and tea, along with oatmeal and snacks. A toaster is also available for your use.

A dedicated workspace is located at the top of the stairs in the oversized landing. It includes a desk and chair — ideal for remote work.

The deck features a fire pit table and a grill, both powered by propane tanks.

A detached two-car garage is available, as well as street parking in front of the home. The remote for the garage can be found in the kitchen drawer closest to the back door. Please return the remote before departure.

During the summer months, we recommend bringing your own bug spray if you are sensitive to mosquitoes. Despite regular pest control, mosquitoes may still be present depending on the season.

Please be advised that only toilet paper should be flushed down the toilet. Items such as flushable wipes, feminine products, or diapers must not be flushed due to the sensitive nature of the plumbing system. These items should be disposed of in the trash. If a clog is discovered during or after your stay, a repair fee ranging from $300 to $1,000 may be assessed.
