Serene Home in Fondren Location Near Hospitals

Located in the Fondren, this two-bed, two-bath house is comfortably furnished for you to relax and unwind to come and enjoy the area. The house is equipped for short and long stays with a carport and a driveway. This is a quiet community with beautiful mature trees.
Conveniently located near Highway I-55, you can get to the five major hospitals, several universities, local, fabulous restaurants, grocery stores, and any activities nearby quickly.

The kitchen is fully equipped - stove/oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, and microwave. A toaster and a Keurig are also included along with a washer and dryer, iron, and ironing board.
The living area has comfortable seating and a Smart TV.

This house has a very large master bedroom with a king bed, a large closet, two nightstands, and an ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom offers a queen memory foam mattress, two nightstands, a closet and a desk.

We provide you with a starter pack of items for the house. We do not provide restock items.

You can receive mail and packages here but we do not take responsibility for your items.

**Guest is required to sign a Rental Agreement. Security Hold $200. Hold to be processed by Host on Guest's Credit Card. See Listing and Rental Agreement for details. Min age is at least 21 Years of Age.**

We do have some rules in place:
No smoking in our property - $500 charge if we find evidence of smoking including the smell of smoke in the property
No events or parties. You will not be refunded for your stay if you have a party and are asked to leave early. There may be up to a $1,000 charge for any clean-up or broken, destroyed, or stained items as a result of a party or event.
No pet is permitted on the property nor visiting animals. We will charge an additional $150 per animal if you bring in an additional animal into the property. If you bring an animal you claim is a service animal but does not fit the ADA's requirements, we will report you and there can be a penalty up to $1,000 and up to 6 months in jail. We take this very seriously.

MAINTENANCE AND ISSUES: Please report any maintenance needs for the premises to us and we will respond as quickly as possible. Refunds will not be made for maintenance issues including, but not limited to heating and air conditioning, internet, appliances, plumbing, and the television.
