From here, it's a quick drive to all theme parks, an amazing diversity of Kissimmee restaurants (go or have it delivered!), shopping, and even hiking & kayaking! So much to love from our home and local area, in the heart of Kissimmee just off 192.

Guest access:
The entire townhome is yours. Access the outdoor community pool with a pool key. A couple of days prior to check-in, detailed access information will be provided.

Other things to note:
To abide by all legal requirements and security rules, you may be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, pass through our verification portal, and in some instances, complete a criminal background check. Important note: The information is collected for screening and verification only and is not stored or used for any other purposes. No more than a total of 8 guests will be allowed and violation at any time of the day will result in cancelation and removal of all guests from the property. Property is equipped with a non-recording noise monitoring system and a front-door Ring security camera to help ensure respect and peace for our neighbors in community.
