Beautifully remodeled 4th floor resort condo located at the Gateway entrance to the Village of Baytowne Wharf. Our inviting open floor plan features a full size kitchen that is fully stocked for your stay. There is bar seating for four, along with a high top table for four more. The living area is complete with brand new furnishings, including a sleeper sofa. The guest / bunk room is right off the living room with two twin beds. There is a full size guest bathroom right off the kitchen and living area complete with a stand up shower. The master suite features a large bedroom, updated bathroom with shower / tub combination. For your convenience, there is a full size washer and dryer off of the kitchen.

The Village at Baytowne Wharf is a step or two away, and is overflowing with restaurants, boutiques, and a variety of family-friendly activities such as a zip line, bungee-trampoline jumping, a carousel, a rock climbing wall, a kids playground area and remote controlled boats. CANCELLATION: Reservations that are cancelled more than 30 days prior to the arrival date receive a full refund. Reservations cancelled 14-29 days prior to arrival receive a refund of 50% of the amount paid. Reservations cancelled within 14 days of arrival receive no refund unless the guest purchased travel insurance. Guests are required to complete a rental agreement by electronic signature within 3 days of booking.
