Where contemporary design meets history is the ENCORE. Situated in Victoria's revived Rail Yard District, where the land meets the sea, the Encore will appeal to those looking for something unique.
Set in the exclusive Bayview Place, and Roundhouse Community, just a 15-minute walk across Victoria's renowned Blue Bridge, the Encore offers resort-style amenities such as a large lap pool, gym, cabanas, and outdoor kitchen with BBQ.
After a busy day experiencing the sights of our charming and busy downtown, come home to your suite at Encore, take a swim in the seasonal outdoor heated pool, or work up a sweat at Encore's fully equipped gym.
The suite is full of natural light, airy & roomy feeling with 9 ft ceilings and is extraordinarily designed with exceptional views over the Victoria harbour!
The suite features luxury finishes, spa inspired bathrooms, two large size bedrooms and a contemporary kitchen that includes high-end stainless appliances. The appliances are concealed giving the kitchen a clean, sleek appearance. Form follows function throughout the suite. Two large smart TV's, one in the living area and one in the main bedroom, complete this home.
Have a glass of wine on the balcony or head towards Victoria's International Marina or Victoria downtown! This is resort living in the city at its best!
Eat your heart out at some of Victoria's best restaurants, then enjoy a leisurely stroll along the oceanfront. Or better yet, take a bike ride through the city along E&N Rail Line or the Galloping Goose.
This location is ideal for privacy and tranquility yet minutes to the vibrant hum of the city.

The ENCORE Building offers bicycle storage, operating on a first come first serve basis. This means that there is no guarantee that a spot will be available in the bicycle storage to store your bicycle upon your arrival. Therefore, if you plan to bring your bicycle(s) along, please reach out to Victoria Prime to discuss before booking.
An alternative is to rent bicycles while you are here. Many of the bicycle rental companies in Victoria will allow them to be stored at their premises at the end of each day, even if you rent for a week or longer.
Victoria is the busy, vibrant and growing capital of British Columbia. Just as in many cities in BC, Canada and likely other countries in the world, we are experiencing a shortage of housing. In dealing with this situation there are several new buildings being constructed in the downtown core, and elsewhere. We recognize that there could be some daytime noise but are confident that it will not interfere with your time in beautiful Victoria.
