Spectacular view of the lake with private dock out the front door! 2 blocks from the South Shore Sweet Spot ice cream shop, Walking distance to PM park/Tiki Hut bar & restaurant with kids beach and Marina with boat/jet ski rentals. One mile from Clear Lake State Beach. This newly built house is perfect for large families and reunions. Parking for up to 9 cars. More off street parking available.

House
House was built in 2025 and features 6 private bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and large washer/dryer. All new kitchen appliances including microwave and gas oven and large capacity washer/dryer. Each bedroom has its own ceiling fan, TV and vanity/workstation area allowing some privacy when needed. Entire property has hi speed wifi and backup generator with tornado shelter. House includes two king size bedrooms upstairs, 3 queen size bedrooms downstairs and 1 bedroom with bunk bed consisting of double bed on bottom and single on top. Also has a full size mattress that pulls out from under bunk bed to sleep on floor. All bedrooms come with closet, vanity/work area and streaming TV. Living room, kitchen and dining all in an open spaced design. Living room has a large 65" tv with electric fireplace.
Cottage
The house is fully connected to the original cottage with a pass through door. It has been totally remodeled while maintaining all the charm you would expect from an older cottage. All new full bathroom, full kitchen with new appliances, electrical wiring and smoke/co2 alarms and new large capacity washer/dryer. Two queen bedrooms with vanities/workstations, closet and streaming TV. Living room features a spectacular view of the lake with large wrap around couch and 65" tv. Large porch area which includes 2 queen hide-a-beds and an assortment of toddler toys and kids bluetooth karaoke machine.
Attached Family Playroom
1,000 sq ft garage converted to a carpeted climate controlled playroom with games including cornhole bag game, dartboard, mini-basketball, 75" TV with a JBL tower amplifier for sports viewing or PS4 video games and a full bathroom. Very versatile area that can be used for additional air mattresses, 3 foldable picnic tables offer dinner seating for up to 24 adults, open indoor area for kids games or late night adult games! Garage doors have bug screens so on nice days you can open the garage doors and enjoy even more openness and the outdoor air! If it happens to rain this room is a game changer!
Outdoors/Entertainment lakeside
Swing set and corn hole game. Large family gathering area with blue tooth speakers and firepit overlooking the lake and 36" Blackstone griddle. Plenty of play toys for all ages, wide variety of life jackets and a firepit (wood included) on the patio overlooking the lake.
This property has been our family vacation home for over 35 years and is perfect for large family vacations and reunions! Kids of all ages will enjoy the many toys and games available. Private dock with Maui Mat and inflatable tubes.
Speed boat lift is available for an additional charge of $300 - contact host for more info.

Our family started renting the cottage in the late 1960's. We purchased it in 1988 and remodeled the cottage and added a house addition in 2025. Our family has been enjoying Clear Lake for four generations and the kids love it up here.

It truly is the best view on the lake! The south winds in the summer are behind you so the majority of skiing and tubing takes place right out in front where you can sit on the patio and enjoy. The water depth is about 4' at the end of the dock so its perfect for the kids! Many of the locals will tell you it is the best spot on Clear Lake!
