Custom built new home in the heart of Homer. Decorated for style, designed for comfort and welcome amenities for your stay. A fresh cup of coffee and snacks, available upon arrival, to enjoy the amazing views the house has to offer. Relax in the comfort of this new house, enjoy movies in every room, and sleep well in the comfortable beds. The house is located close to amazing restaurants, the spit and many other activities. Make yourself at home.

This two bedroom two bath home has a large open kitchen/dining/living space. Plenty of space to visit, cook, and create memories with family or friends. Bedroom one has a queen size bedroom. The master bedroom has a king size bed and en suite bath.

Guests have access to the entire home, deck, and driveway. The garage is not available for guests use.

This new neighborhood is under construction and has views of the bay and mountains.

This home is 5 minutes away from town and restaurants.

This home is not baby or toddler-proofed and therefore is not classified as safe or suitable for infants or children. There is also a low lying front deck without railing.
Please treat the home with respect as if it were your own. We may need to charge additional cleaning fees for excessive cleaning.
If outside grill is used but not cleaned, our cleaners charge an extra $50 for grill cleaning. We will send the charge to the guest when necessary.

We had a fabulous trip to Homer and highly recommend this beautiful home! It has gorgeous views with a lovely deck . It is quaint, clean and well equipped. The host provided a great list of recommendations. It was a perfect launching off point for our excursions and great to come back to at the end of a full day of adventures. We will be back!

Right at HOMEr!

From beginning to end our experience was smooth and easy! Booking was easy, communication with hist Maranatha was great, she replied quickly, was easy to talk to and gave great suggestions on things to do in Homer and places to eat. Our check in was easy and she was nice to accommodate us on an early check in. The house was spectacular! Nicely decorated and filled with everything we needed and more! The house is so comfy and cozy, it made our stay so much better! We had an easy check out . Everything went great and our 1st trip to Homer was great! Beautiful home and fantastic find on VRBO

We loved this home. First, it was clean and the beds were comfortable. That, alone, would have given this home a 5-star rating. The view was amazing. The front of the house is all windows and it looks over the Bay. The host must be an interior decorator because the attention to detail for the little things made this home extra special. It was a great fit for 3 adults. The kitchen was stocked with the needed cookware/utensils for easy meal prep. If we are back in Homer, this would definitely be the place we stay in again!

Great views with nice deck

This property is almost perfect for 2 couples. Only improvements I would make is moving couch a bit forward to give more room for dining, and adding a chair or stool in bedrooms for ease of dressing. The beds are so tall that they are hard to use as a seating area. Also, adding sound proofing to the instant water heater located in the master closet would help with very loud noise, and maybe provide ear plugs. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, and it's very nice!

Fabulous Spot, Highly Recommend.

This home was brand new and immaculate. Amazing layout for a two bedroom place. Two baths is awesome. Laundry central to the room is great. Places to hang coats and other things. Amazing use of space throughout, from the closets to everything. Location is awesome. The Spit in Homer can be quite busy, a necessary evil, but this home is on the outskirts of town on the hill, great view; great location to the grocery store; and yet easy enough to access the Spit for water taxis, restaurants if you want, etc. etc. We couldn't be happier with this property. Maranatha was super responsive through the entire process, including questions during our stay, responding almost immediately. It was a really nice touch and surprise to have a complimentary bottle of wine and some snacks and water as starters from her. Including coffee packs too. Supplies like TP, garbage bags, etc. were provided. The kitchen was well stocked and included olive oil and canola oil for cooking, various spices etc. Really nice. The grill worked great. And, we saw a mother moose and her baby walk right by the property and got great pics and video. We liked the nearby hike at the Wynn Nature Center. Also took a water taxi on the Spit, highly recommend 49 North taxi, to the Grewingk Glacier and hiked several amazing trails to and from it. Don't miss this hike and Glacier; probably our favorite thing in our 12 days in Alaska. Epic trip.

Our stay was amazing in this well stocked beautiful home! Location was perfect. Location is not to far from town and the view from the front porch was amazing! My only complaint of this property is the bedrooms need black out curtains. The shades do not block enough light for us Texans. Highly recommend a stay here!

Gorgeous home in Homer!

We had a wonderful stay in this luxurious home. We arrived late on our day of arrival and it was so nice to relax in such a cosy & comfortable space, with treats left for us! The couch is one of the comfiest we’ve sat on and want one for our new extension! Maranatha was very kind & helpful & gave us some amazing recommendations. You’re only a 10 minute drive to the Spit, and very close to lovely beaches, trails and restaurants. We ate at The Kannery and Fresh Catch which we would highly recommend. One of the highlights of our trip was a bear viewing excursion to Katmai National Park with Alaska Bear Viewing. Thank you again, we wouldn’t hesitate to return or recommend to others. 😊

Cozy house with lovely views

Loved Home...Beautiful View

This is truly a wonderful place to stay in Homer, Alaska! The host, Maranatha, is a premier host who made sure that the house was spotless, plenty of towels and kitchen items. There was a bottle of wine and snacks waiting for us when we arrived...a special treat that we appreciated. The view of the bay from the front porch was beautiful! There were four of us and we all agree that this is a place that you will enjoy and want to return to again.

THE BEST

Everything about this stay was exceptional. The house is pure rental perfection. I’ve never been made to feel so welcome and comfortable in a rental. The owners have thought of everything and thensome to make your stay perfect. And the location can’t be beat — out of the tourist fray but ideally close to everything you will need or want.
