With floor-to-ceiling windows throughout your expansive living room, there are views from every angle! The living room offers plenty of seating with a coastal blue sleeper sofa (queen-size mattress!) and coordinated recliners. Watch your favorite shows on the large flat-screen smart TV, a video player is also provided for movie nights!

Prepare an entire gourmet meal or just a quick snack before heading to the beach, in the fully-equipped kitchen, complete with the latest appliances and granite counter tops. Gulf views can be appreciated from the kitchen as well! The kitchen is fully equipped with cookware, bakeware, cooking utensils, dishes, glassware, silverware, etc.! Adjacent to the kitchen is a cozy dining area that comfortably seats 6 people at the dining room table with additional seating for 4 at the bar. Both covered and uncovered parking are available adjacent to the building. Your 2 Bedroom condo includes up to 2 parking passes and 8 arm bands. This is the maximum on-site parking allowed for this condo. Additional parking is available in several offsite parking lots for a daily fee.

Minimum age to rent is 25. No pets allowed by the Resort. No smoking or vaping except in designated smoking areas on the first and ground floor. Smoking & vaping is prohibited on balconies, in elevators, elevator lobbies, stairwells, walkways to units, and pool decks.
