I loved the location, privacy in the yard, and easy access to beach and shops.
My bride to be SIL and myself had a theme for our stay, Sangria and sunsets!,

The cottage was super sweet in terms of the amenities and the location. Everything was clean and as expected. Kitchen was well stocked with dish ware and silverware. A slight leak somewhere in the bathroom created a puddle on the floor which we dealt with no problem. We especially loved the quiet location, walk to the bay and the outside shower.

Great cottages

This was our 7th year staying at the newly renamed sea glass cottages! There have been many improvements! Very clean and the location is great. Eric was easy to book with, and his communication was excellent from start to finish, can’t wait to return for our 8th year.

4/10 – Mangelhaft

Gut: Check-in, Kommunikation und Lage
We (family of 4) have stayed at rustic cape cod cottages for decades close to this location and at similar price. This cottage did not meet our expectations. 1. Not as advertised - Photos of the cottage (Terrace/patio, Exterior) suggest it is in a shady location. This is not the case, the trees were removed, and the photos should be updated to reflect. Hot temps in a cape cod cottage are to be expected. The total lack of shade makes this cottage uninhabitably hot during the afternoon and evening hours. 2. In disrepair and dirty- The paint on the ceiling is peeling in many locations. The screen door is broken with rusty screws sticking out. The bathtub faucet is mislocated and sends water onto the floor. The bath shampoo dispenser has mildew on it. The refrigerator lacks shelves. The oven/range has nowhere to plug in. The kitchen light is coated in bugs. The carpet is unraveling at the bedroom doors. It creates the impression that the cottage is not clean and kept.3. Unsupported - There is only seating for 3, altho the listing specifically says seating for 4. The host responded that a chair was broken earlier in the season. I got to pay to eat our meals standing in the kitchen while my family say at the table. That's the host's issue to resolve, not pass on.

Close to the beach!

Stayed with my husband 2 small kids. Older Small cottage good for sleeping when not at the beach. Clean and has most basic necessities. 10 min walk to the beautiful bay was the best. And close to Wiley park. Just no AC was a bummer but we managed.

The location was excellent, easy to get to ocean and bay beaches as well as great dining options. We did not take advantage of the nearby “walking distance “ beach because the trail was through some pretty dense overgrown paths and there was no option to park a car there. The house was just as pictured in the listing, and the kitchen was well supplied with utensils. The outdoor shower was a plus, once you get over the shock of showering with a tree:) The WiFi was great, however the TV did not work, but that was not a problem for us. The cottage was adequately clean, but the blankets and bed covers were dirty and stained. The cottage met our needs, we are beach lovers and this was perfect in that respect!

Good deal for the price. Great location and yard!

We didn't need much more than a place to eat and sleep and to be close to the bay side beach--and this place was perfect for that! There is a little path to the beach through the woods very close to this property (about 100 feet down Penny Lane) that makes getting to the beach quick and easy. We also enjoyed having a yard area, which is partially shaded by some low trees, which also provide shade for the houses and help keep them cool. Communication response time with the hosts was excellent, and they helped make sure that me and my parents and aunt and uncle, who rented one of their other cottages on the same property, have a good stay. We will gladly return someday!

Nice property but had a late allowed to enter time due to a back up with the drains and sewer .Kitchen sink didn't drain properly 43 days until I insisted on some kind of solution. There were two other empty units on this property, and so halfway through we were moved and it was a much better situation .

The location was perfect for hitting both the bay beaches and the ocean ones, with just a 5-minute walk to the bay side. Eric was a great host, and communication with him was excellent. Whenever I needed to contact him, I received a response very quickly. Would definitely rent there again when going to the Cape.
