Welcome to Skyfall. This spectacular home boasts million dollar lake views from every room. The recently renovated space surrounds you in warmth, beauty & pure relaxation. It offers only the finest decor, modern furnishings & amenities. Brand new luxury mattresses/pillows, featherbeds, linens, appliances, & well-appointed kitchen. Take a moment with a glass of wine & a book in the Primary Suite, relax in the sauna, enjoy our board games, or view a bald eagle through the telescope.
You can't find a better location to enjoy Lake Tahoe! Very private, yet close to town, restaurants, casinos, the beach, and all outdoor activities. Catch the gondola to the world renowned Heavenly Ski Resort, just 4-miles away. Want to know where to hike, bike or hit the beach? Just ask and we're happy to share our favorites!
Please be aware that to enjoy the priceless views, you must access 45-stairs to the front door. Also, the home is situated on 3-levels. The stairs can be found steep for some (always use the railings!), but the effort is worth the magnificent views. You will have access to multiple pet/child gates to restrict those to the main level living if needed.
The top floor showcases the glorious private primary suite with a spa-inspired bathroom. Lake views abound, even from your king bed or while you shower. The main living level is open concept with 30' vaulted ceilings and panoramic views of Zephyr Cove and beyond. Here you'll find the kitchen, laundry, half bath, and living & dining rooms, each with its own deck - including an outdoor bistro seating, gas grill, and hammock. The living room provides plenty of seating and entertainment, including a leather sectional, 65" 4K TV, Bose speaker, Blu-ray player, and gaming system. On this level, we also provide a small fenced-in area for your pups. The lower level has the remaining 2-bedrooms, 1 full bath, and a dry sauna. Each bedroom opens onto private decks. One features a queen bed, and the second with two twins. All bedrooms are equipped with HDTVs and Apple TV's. There is a queen air mattress available for additional sleeping options.
Concierge services can be provided upon request for additional fees. We can have the kitchen stocked with groceries, event planning, catering, mid-stay house cleaning, errands ran, and more. Just ask!

Quiet hours are designated between 9:00 pm and 8:00 am and will be strictly enforced.
We also ask that you sign our stay agreement.

Guests have access to the entire home and 2 car garage. One downstairs closet is kept locked.

We are a family-owned boutique company that take enormous pride on hiring local and make their life better, have been happily partnered since 2011. We have two amazing children that keeps us young and going. We spent many years finding what makes the perfect vacation rental and set up our home in Lake Tahoe with that in mind. When we're not in Lake Tahoe, we live in Monterey, where our other office is.
