Snooze away! With beds as comfortable as ours, you’ll be tempted to snooze your alarm clock more than once! From the fluffy pillows to the crisp linens and cozy blankets, everything has been designed to ensure you get a good night’s rest! If you’re looking for some quiet space to do a bit of work, the 4th bedroom also acts as an office/ work station with a desk, printer, and chair available.

✔ 2nd bedroom with a king-sized bed, night stand, blackout curtains and TV

The sofa converts into a bed. There is an air mattress and pac-n-play available on request. The house can comfortably sleep 7-9 guests

★ OTHER AMENITIES ★

Free parking is available to all guests. Guests can park behind the gate or in the street on the same side as the house. NO MORE THAN 3 VEHICLES ALLOWED AT A TIME. The garage is temporary unavailable at this time.

The laundry room is also fully equipped with a washer and dryer available for your use should you need to refresh your clothing during your stay.


Lastly, we must stress that we do NOT allow parties or large unauthorized gatherings of any sort at our property. We are adamant about only welcoming families and groups who are looking to relax and enjoy their stay in this beautiful city.

Heath, safety, and wellbeing of our guests are of utmost importance to us. For this reason, we use a thorough process of cleaning after each check-out.

FIREPIT NOTE ★

Please request the usage of the Firepit in advance in order to abide by any city no-burn bans. Please only use this firepit if you are familiar with how to use it properly and be aware that you are doing so at your own risk. Watch for any low hanging branches from the trees above and do not let your fire grow too large. Please DO NOT leave it unattended at any time. Thank you kindly.

★ THE NEIGHBORHOOD ★

Please note the rules below in the NOISE LEVEL RULES section. You will find that this neighborhood has a lot to offer! Pack a baggy full of Cheerios and walk down to the creek to feed the turtles. Walk across the greenspace following the creek and you will find a rainbow forest. Take a walk or short drive to the entrance of the neighborhood and have a picnic at the park, play tennis, baseball, soccer or basketball on the courts and fields. Take a splash in the community pool! All of the above are subject to seasonal availability.

★ ENTERTAINMENT★

All our smart TVs are equipped with streaming apps like Netflix, Amazon, YouTube along with cable TV. Login info will be provided upon request.


★ NOISE LEVEL RULES ★

Please note that in order to be a good neighbor and host responsibly, comply with local noise ordinances and occupancy regulations, and prevent unauthorized parties, we will stricktly enforce that there are to be no loud noises after dark. This includes motorcycles and street racing cars. They are prohibited after dark. It also includes barking dogs.

Easily hop on to the 610 Loop to allow quick access to the Medical Center, NRG Stadium and the Galleria area. Hobby airport is 13 miles away and about a 20 min drive.

Family neighborhood. No excessively loud noises after dark. Pets allowed case by case basis. Contact the host BEFORE BOOKING to inquire about pet rules. Please be considerate with dirty shoes on the carpet or colored food and/or beverages that could stain. Parking is available in the driveway and on the house-side of the street only. No motorcycles or excessively loud vehicles. No more than 3 automobiles allowed at the property. Please do not park on the opposite side of the street. All dogs must be leashed in the front yard. Please dispose of any dog poo in the yard. Additional time can be granted to checkout time if the house is avail. Garage is unavail for use.

For departure: Take trash outside. Turn off all lights. Set thermostat to 76 with fan on auto. wash dishes. Strip bed linens on all beds used. Gather all dirty towels and leave in washroom. Lock doors. Thank you!
