This condo is perfect for families or couples We are tucked away in Heron's Watch Condominiums in Seagrove. Quiet and secluded, our property sits along the State Park and Eastern Lake with private access. Our condo is comfortable with high quality bedding, towels and sectional for movie night after the beach. An ample supply of paper products, dish and laundry soap and bath products provided. Backpack style beach chairs included. 4 min bike ride to Walton Dunes Beach Access or paddle there through Eastern Lake. 2.5 miles to seaside, 1.5 miles to the HUB/Chill. Bike, kayak and paddle board rentals steps outside the front gate at Yellowfin Ocean Sports. Large community pool, outdoor grill and dining area. Coffee and Wine bar just across the parking lot and plenty of room for kids to run and play while you relax after a long day at the beach. Just across the bridge is the brand new Greenway station with fabulous dining and shopping.

Great stay!

The host was very responsive to our questions and we had a great time. The property is walking distance from several restaurants including ones with breakfast items.

Great Family Vacation

This was the first trip since our third has been born (4 months), and it was great. The golf cart was clutch for a young family!

Excellent Condo

We loved everything about our stay at this property. Having the golf cart to get to/from the beach was so helpful. The owner was super responsive, and checked to make sure everything was going well during our stay. It was super clean and had very comfortable beds. We would absolutely stay here again!

Great Getaway!

We loved staying at Seagrove beach!The location was easy to find and comfortable. The best part was the surrounding area and neighborhood. Lots of local great gems to discover! Beaches were also very easy to access. We felt at home and will definitely be back again! Thank you for your hospitality!

Solid location

Our family of 3 enjoyed our short stay here. Kids bunk beds were a hit and the unit was stocked with everything needed. Plenty of towels and dishes. Golf cart was a huge help and made it very convenient to get around to all our destinations. The host was very good about responding to any questions or concerns I had and was extremely easy to communicate with

Great stay!

We had a great stay! The condo has everything you need. Having a golf cart was a major plus. It allowed us to access the beach with ease. The condo had beach chairs, dish soap, garbage bags, shampoo, etc. it was close to restaurants. Property manager was attentive And called just to check on us. I highly recommend! Clean, cute, comfy and convenient!

Great value

My group consisted of four ladies - aged 60-90. The condo was a short, quick walk to several dining options, rental stores, a seafood market, and an ice cream shop! The condo was clean and beautiful - everything we needed was provided. I would give it a 5/5!

Highly recommend!

We had a great stay in this condo! It was clean and well-maintained. Plenty of towels, toiletries, trash bags, detergent etc stocked. Laundry machines were really nice but the highlight of the rental is definitely the included golf cart. This was our main mode of transportation to the beach, Seaside etc. The two twin bunk beds was very appreciated and a hit with the kids! Seagrove seems like a hidden gem. Would definitely come back!

Excellent Host

The condo was very clean and comfortable. In other condos I have stayed in they usually leave 1 trash bag, 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 dishwasher pod ect. Everything was left in bulk which was such a nice surprise. The last thing I want to do on vacation is spend time buying the basics. That was not a worry at this condo! The host was excellent with communication. And everything was exactly as it was described in the listing. Host also gave a list of local shops nearby (within walking distance) and suggestions of things to get at the shops. So helpful and made our trip that much more enjoyable. Will stay here again!

Amazing secret location on 30A

First off- OMG!! This condo is located in a really cute spot on 30A. When you pull in at night you have the ambiance lighting of Old Florida Fish house. No need to cook, you can jump in the golf cart or walk right over for morning coffee. Kids rented paddle boards on site and were able to launch while we sat and watched from a deck above. The golf cart was incredible, it had a large basket for beach gear. Seaside was only a few miles from the condo. The beach access less than 1 mile from the condo. The condo was tastefully decorated and what I loved was that my 4 children had beds to sleep in. No sofa bed. I cant wait to come back again, Carissa was an amazing host.

Great Condo/Great Location

My family has been coming to 30a for over a decade. We found this gem of a condo, right next to the Old Florida Fish House. The beach was a very short ride in the provided golf cart, and there was public beach access up and down 30a at several locations. The Beachy Bean is in the same complex as the Old Florida Fish House and it was an easy walk for a latte and a light breakfast first thing in the AM. This condo is located between Seaside and The Hub, and it was an easy cart ride to either place to eat, drink, hang out and shop. The Condo itself was very clean, with well appointed furnishings, and was set up well for a small family. Cable TV and internet were good and they had all the apps on the TVs for me to login into with my netflix/hulu/paramount accounts etc. We used the Condo access to Eastern Lake to Paddle Board to the beach one morning--which was lots of fun. Would stay here again for sure!

This property is perfect for families. Our condo is comfortable and clean and you won't feel like you are in a museum worrying about the white on white decor while staying here. You are central to everything at heron's watch Condominiums. Seagrove Town center is 3 miles away, The Chill/ Hub is 2 miles, Rosemary Beach is 5 miles. We bike everywhere with our kids, ages 10 & 12. But when its not feasible to bike its just a short car or cart ride. You'll enjoy discounted bike rental for week long stay from Yellow Fin Ocean Sports right outside the property. As long time lovers of the area, we've seen the growth and can say with confidence this condo is the hidden gem you've been looking for on 30A.
