Located between Lakewood and Mountain right on the trails. 2 bed 2 full bath full kitchen equipped with with all the appropriate stuff towels and linens are stocked. nice little deck and firepit in back and plenty of room to park a atv trailer or two. we do allow pets but there is an extra charge make sure to select it under the number of travelers. if you have questions or special needs please reach out we try to be as helpful as we can.😁

Up North Getaway

Always clean, well stocked, quiet. Fred and Renee are great hosts, and great if you have any questions. We always appreciate the little snacks they supply! Northwoods getaway

This is our third time at the trailer. Always very clean and comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking. Plenty of games for entertainment and a great outdoor seating area with space for a fire. Close to trails for ATV's and restaurants for a meal if you head into town. We will definitely stay again.

This is our 2nd February two years in a row staying here. Just so peaceful. Place is very clean and very homey. We actually were going to go watch the Super Bowl at one of the local bars but just decided to stay at the rental because it was so comfortable to watch the Super Bowl. Great place to get away!!

This place is a hidden gem, perfectly located between Mountain and Lakewood!! You have access to the ATV trails, but it’s far enough away that you don’t have to worry about all of the trail traffic. The house itself is super homey and stocked with all the things you need. We will definitely be back!! Also, a special thanks to Fred, who is an awesome host and was close by when we were having issues with the coffee maker and replaced it with his own!

Golfing / R & R weekend

I spent the weekend golfing and visiting local bars and restaurants with three friends. Many fun establishments close by to dine and drink at. The trailer was large enough to accommodate all of us comfortably. It was very clean. We spent some relaxing nights around the fire pit. Fire wood was supplied by the host. The host was very accommodating and easy to communicate with. All and all it was a very fun and stress free weekend.

Felt like home away from home!

We are so pleased with everything about the property. Check in was easy and the property owners are nearby if questions come up. It was clean, kitchen was well stocked and lots of games and movies if the weather is not good. Great list of nearby restaurants and things to do. Lots of hot water for dishes and showers. We loved the little goodie basket (Thank you) and the extra waters in the fridge. Thanks for the little things that made it so comfortable. We will certainly book again in the near future!!
