Spacious Catskills Retreat with Lake Views

Perched on a small hill with lake views from nearly every window, our home is ideal for families and groups. There are proper beds for up to 10 adults, plus 3 child-sized beds (in a bunk room with an additional full-sized bed), making it perfect for 2–3 families traveling together. The base rate includes 10 adults; additional adults are welcome at $50 per person per night (please bring your own bedding). Up to 3 children can stay at no extra cost in the child-sized beds.

Bedrooms & Layout
All bedrooms are located on the 2nd and 3rd floors. Two include en suite bathrooms and adjoining office spaces—perfect for working remotely. A laundry area is also conveniently located on the 2nd floor.

Kitchen & Dining
The fully renovated kitchen is equipped with brand-new appliances and thoughtfully stocked with cooking essentials, including spices, oils, and bakeware. The open floor plan connects the kitchen, dining room, and living room, creating a welcoming space for gathering.

Common Areas & Outdoor Living
In addition to the main living space, enjoy a separate library/games room filled with books, puzzles, and board games. Outdoor spaces include a wrap-around porch and a side deck set up for al fresco dining, featuring a new Weber grill and Solo Stove for cozy evenings.

Lake Access & Activities
Private lake access is just a 3-minute walk away, with a new deck, kayaks, a paddleboard, and plenty of inflatables and floats. We’ve stocked life jackets for adults, children, babies—and even one for your dog!

Explore the Catskills
The charming towns of Bethel, Narrowsburg, and Callicoon are all within a 15-minute drive. Livingston Manor, Liberty, Jeffersonville, Roscoe, and other Catskills favorites are just 20–30 minutes away. Holiday Mountain skiing is 30 minutes from the house, and world-class fly fishing is only 20 minutes away.

• Pets: Accepted on a case-by-case basis. Please message us with details (size, age, breed). $25/night/pet. An XL crate and food/water bowls (small and large) are available upon request.
• Parking: Driveway fits up to 3 cars back-to-back. Please let us know us if you need space for more vehicles.
