This was the perfect spot for my extended family to stay for a wedding and to celebrate Christmas together. The neighborhood was safe, the hot tub was great, and the house was as described. Great rooms and bathroom layout. The beds were a little high, especially for my grandparents.

Happy stay we had the place is clean and has all the supplies needed for a comfortable stay. Very close to several highways and shopping. The host is very accommodating and helpful. If I need a large home again this one is IT.

Overall everything was good. There was a few issues which Guests refused to solve. Because of this we would not be able to let them reserve our House in future.

All the family

We had a comfortable stay. It was perfect for our family. My parents had the master bedroom which was perfect because they go to bed early and the rest of stay up. Everyone was comfortable. The house was really clean. If you are sensitive to perfumes you might want to check on the cleaning supplies they use and make sure they are ok with your allergies.

Manager was extremely responsive. Asked to check in early and was allowed without extra fee, we had code problems for door and he was quick to help, and when i messaged him about some minor non showstopper things we noticed he assured me they would be noted. I wasnt there much at a time (was helping with wedding stuff) but my family said it was a quiet neighborhood, the hot tub was a hit and my kids loved having the gaming system there and the trampoline.

Wedding and New Years

Overall the property was perfect for our group. The location was perfect for our family wedding and we had enough space for our large group. All of the amenities were as stated and worked out great from the hot tub to bonus trampoline. I suggest making the access code shorter for people to remember as this was a little complicated. Overall highly recommend this VRBO.

Chill vacation

Very clean home. The picture and description is accurate. The hot tub was enjoyable. The patio was a perfect patio to enjoy hanging out. The rooms were spacious. We were happy this place had AC. And the neighbors didn’t bother at all. The open kitchen concept to the living room was nice. My family hadn’t seen each other in a minute so an open area was awesome. We wished we could have stayed longer.

Home Away from Home

We stayed here for a wedding. House was super close to the venue. House was very clean! Host was super helpful and responded within minutes to any question I had. He even answered my call and helped me with the code to open the door. Even reset it with me on the phone. He stayed with me on the phone until I got it! The jacuzzi was clean and very relaxing after a long day. The trampoline was fun for the kids and even the adults. This house was perfect!

Comfortable home in safe neighborhood

This home was exceptionally clean and well provisioned for our extended family group of 12. Each household group prepared breakfasts, packed lunch for each day and we shared making dinner for the whole group. The first day we had good weather and enjoyed the outdoor setting very much. The other days were very rainy so we used the 2 dining tables for dinner. We all felt there was enough room to be together as well as have quiet time when desired. We also had enough parking for our 4 cars. The recycling/garbage cans labeling was very helpful. We all agreed we would stay there again.

Plenty of room

Overall this was a great pick for us as it was very close to the wedding venue in Bonney Lake. It’s a bit out of the way for everything else but we don’t want to be in the city. Neighborhood is quite tight so when you’re in the backyard, there’s no privacy despite the fencing which is great for kids to run around. Trampoline and hot tub were big hits. Hot tub could use a bit of repair and maybe more cleaning. Lovely covered back porch with plenty of furniture for family time. Kitchen could use a few more items and decor was a bit funky (Christmasy) downstairs but bedrooms and beds were awesome. Thumbs up from us!

We were charged for damage to a dresser we did not do ...burned really !!! with what!!! We are responsible adults who would acknowledge if we had damaged something!!!! We were scammed !! Renters beware !!!..we have rented vrbo's for years and never never had an issue!! Maybe your maid service did something

The housekeeping do full check after each and every reservation and I guarantee this issues happened after your reservation. Now, If 1-star is what we deserved overall then I'm really really sorry, also let me post what you said before our conversation started with dresser burnings issues, because here you described how bad everything was, in that message you didn't described like that. We enjoyed the home and had a fun and successful trip. A few nit-pics I don't need to put on a review are: more towels plus bath mats as we had to use our towels for bath mats as the floors were slippery. Several comments about the pillows being real soft, perhaps two types of pillows for each rather than two of the same. Several kids and an adult or two really appreciated the Play Station.
