This 3 BR cottage has 3 grand bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, 2 of which have outdoor showers & baths. With a private entrance guests can choose to be low key or join in hotel festivities such as pool BBQs, volleyball games and Music Tour.

The Space:
The Music Mansion Cottage is strategically positioned right by the entrance to the Rock'n'Roll Mansion providing a private parking area and entrance to its guests. On pulling up one really feels at home, you are greeted by a lovely concierge and a team of care-givers that you have on your beck and call. Entering the cottage there is a large living space with pull out sofa and massive LED TV, the perfect space for just lazing around and having deep conversations. The walls are adorned with celebrity artwork of your most notable music legends and classic quotes or anthems you will know by heart.

On the way up to the oversized bedrooms, you pass a large kitchen with everything you need to cook, we offer a chef for hire, just say the word. The three rooms upstairs are furnished with a king, queen and queen bed. Each room has an en-suite bathroom, showers and baths and 1 has a patio.

All rooms have great views out to the Caribbean Sea, there is a lovely sea breeze at the property and it's north-eastern position allows for great light in the morning. There is a lovely pool deck where other hotel guests hang out, there is a great musical score gently serenading the background and the feeling is extremely relaxed and positive.

There are many things to enjoy on property such as the famous Little Havana bar, the pool deck, the billiards room and volleyball court. The highlight though has be the Music Mansion Virtual Tour Experience, where you get to see and listen to the best musicians of the last 70 years with special insight about each one from Mr X. The $99 Virtual Rock’n’Roll Art tour is for FREE for every checked guest. Do not miss this!

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire property except for private rooms of other guests and staff only areas.

The Neighborhood:
Spring Farm is the #1 neighborhood in Montego Bay. The estate neighbors the grounds of the world famous Half Moon Hotel. Spring Farm is a gated community with 24-hr security, it comprises of some of the largest family homes and estates on the island.

There are 3 PGA rated golf courses within walking distance and tee times can be arranged. For well-spent, fun family days discover the most exhilarating water attraction in the Caribbean at the Hilton Water Park. There is so much to enjoy for adults and kids, navigate through cascading waterfalls, relax along the lagoons, drift on the lazy river with inner tubes or lounge in one of three terraced pools. Alternatively take the family along for a thrilling horse-back riding experience at Half Moon Equestrian Centre, located a mere 5 minutes from Music Mansion.

There are a number of very popular dining options ranging from 2-5 minutes away by car, these include The Sugar Mill, Northpoint, Del Mare and world famous Scotchies. Pelican Grill, China House, Pier One, Marguerite’s , Houseboat Grill and Mystic Thai are a few of the restaurants that are located ten to twenty minutes away by car, and many of them offer free pickup for diners.

There are beaches galore, ranging from 4-10 minutes driving distance or a minimum 15-minute walk. These include free access to the Rose Hall Beach Club (with the complimentary access card) and Tropical Bliss Beach (paid access).

Getting Around:
We offer airport pick-up with a supermarket stop and airport drop off at a very reasonable cost. We also offer transport to the Rose Hall Beach Club, Chukka Tours pick-up point and around Montego Bay at low rates, just let us know you require transport.

Other Things to Note:
As this property operates like a hotel, you will be required to provide identification, complete a form and submit credit card guarantee, your information is 100% secure.

When booking, kindly ensure you have selected the correct number of guests.

There’s a musically inclined dog living on property called Jimmy Cliff that’s totally harmless but she can be put in her studio if needed.

We have a fabulous restaurant on property serving delicious international and Jamaican cuisine from 8am until 10pm. The menu is in the listing photographs. If you wish to stop at the supermarket on your way from the airport our transport service offers this. A nanny can also be provided at an additional fee for parents to enjoy a romantic night at one of the award winning fine-dining restaurants proximate to Music Mansion.

We also provide a Crib, High Chair, Child Step-up Stool, Car Seats and other helpful items on request.

Important Information

•Strictly no smoking inside the villa

•Please close all windows and doors before switching on the A/C. This is an eco-friendly home - the AC will turn off after 3 minutes if the door or window is left open, or if the room is unoccupied for 15 minutes.

•Please ensure all A/Cs, fans and electronics are turned off before you step out of the house

•Kindly do not use the bath towels for pool and beach use

•Kindly do not use the towels to remove makeup

•Please ensure all rubbish bins (kitchen & bathrooms) are used with a garbage bag inside the receptacle

•Additional garbage bags can be found in one of the kitchen drawers

•Guests who are not mentioned in the original booking are only allowed to visit, if they wish to stay past 10pm there is an overnight charge.

•Management reserves the right to enter if the need arises.

•Hanging items on the railings is strictly prohibited, please use the drying racks provided.

Extra guests and visitors are warmly welcomed. We do need to know in advance, as a matter of security, if you will be having extra guests to stay over or visitors coming by. Extra guests staying over will be chargeable at the nightly rate of the property ($100) and for visitors, please just let us know how long you expect them to be on the property.

If you try to check-in with more guests or if we find more guests staying in the house than booked online then the booking will be cancelled. Please ensure the correct number of guests are on the booking to avoid your booking being cancelled.

VISITOR POLICY

Only the number of guests on the booking may enter the property. Should guests wish to have visitors they are required to make a request through the platform they booked on. A Government issued photo ID is required for each visitor and admission is subject to approval. Visitors are not allowed on property without prior approval.
