The Vacation Space is a BRAND NEW spacious modern cabin with beautiful amenities for a family-friendly vacation. We poured our hearts into building this beautiful cabin to provide a safe and relaxing space for our guests to create the best memories.

We are the only cabin in this resort with a private driveway, and conveniently located in the heart of Pigeon Forge - just 7 mins drive from Dollywood and all the best attractions!

❤️ The indoor pool is heated to a healthy and comfortable temperature. We have a wonderful pool technician to clean and monitor it before you check-in. However, at times, the pool can still feel chilly to some young children. Whenever that occurs, we always try to accommodate the request to increase the pool temperature by sending in our pool maintenance crew.

❤️ For parents with young children: The pool room has a keypad lock and alarm to keep them safe.

⚠️ Please use the hot tub at your own risk, the hosts are not liable for any accidents. For your safety, do not use the hot tub if you have consumed alcohol or if you are pregnant. If you have medical conditions that might put you at risk for using the hot tub, please consult with your doctor.

🧸 If you see wild animals during your stay please do not feed them. Stay away from them. Mama bear and her cubs are rarely seen but they do wander around occasionally. Be sure to put all garbage into the bin inside the bear-proof cage at all times. If the garbage is left outside, it might attract bears.
✔ Outdoor camera is in place for your protection, please do not touch or tamper with the cameras.

✔ Once a reservation is made, we require the guest to sign a renter agreement and send a copy of your ID.

⚠️ No unauthorized fires (including candles), No diving in the pool, No smoking inside the cabin, No parties

✔ No refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/other things that are beyond the host's control. It is HIGHLY recommended to purchase your travel insurance.

✔ We do not send our cleaning crew to the property during your stay. Only before and after your stay.

✔ The road leading up to our cabin is paved but AWD drive vehicles are recommended.

✔ ”Ninety-seven percent (97.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days before the arrival date of the reservation. The 3% from a nonrefundable processing fee from the bank processor. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.”
