Are you looking for the perfect vacation rental with breathtaking views, private dock, and enough room for the whole crew? Look no further than our newest addition, The Point of View. Soak up the sun while enjoying panoramic views of the main channel from anywhere in the house, from the balcony, or off the private dock. This home is perfectly situated down a quiet wooded path at the Four Corners of mile marker 31, which happens to be the starting point and idle zone for the famous Shootout boat races! This home features a breathtaking wall of windows overlooking the lake, gorgeous vaulted ceilings with exposed wooden beams, and a wet bar and shuffleboard table downstairs.
*** This home is also having several updates done in the winter of 2022, including new flooring downstairs!
Kitchen and Dining Area
The open concept kitchen features beautiful views of the lake, stunning farmhouse fixtures, stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, a massive island with breakfast bar and barstools for 5, and all the essentials you need to prepare meals. Next to the kitchen island is a dining area with a large farmhouse style dining room table that boasts seating for 6.
Living Room
This home offers two living areas, one upstairs and one downstairs. The upstairs living area features an incredible wall of floor to ceiling windows, vaulted ceiling with exposed beams, two couches, and a flat screen TV over the wood burning fireplace.
The downstairs living area features a large sleeper sofa, oversized chair, and another flat screen TV. Behind the seating area is a shuffleboard table for guests to enjoy, along with a full wet bar! This living area has sliding glass doors that open to the lakeside patio and walkway down to the private dock.
Master Suite
The Master Suite is located on the lower level and features a king-sized bed and flat screen TV. The master bathroom features a walk-in shower with glass doors and a double vanity sink.
Bedroom 2
The second bedroom is located on the lower level and features a queen-sized bed, twin bunk bed and large closet.
Bedroom 3
The third bedroom is located on the main floor and features a king-sized bed and large closet.
Bedroom 4
The fourth bedroom features a twin sized bunk bed with another trundle bed underneath, along with a large closet.
Bathroom 2
The second bathroom is located downstairs and features a single vanity sink and a tub/shower combo.
Bathroom 3
The third bathroom is located between bedrooms 3 and 4 on the main level and features a single vanity sink and a tub/shower combo.
Outside
Outside on the main balcony you will find a stunning views of the main channel. On the balcony there is also a gas BBQ grill.
Dock
The dock features one 12x26 boat slip with no lift available for guests use. The other slip with lift is not available for guest use. There is also a swim ladder on the left side of the dock.
The Point of View is located off a charming asphalt road in Sunrise Beach, MO. While this house feels secluded and private, it is located just 8 minutes from the Woods Grocery Store and many of the Lakes most popular lakefront bars and restaurants, including Captain Ron’s, The Cave, The Branding Iron and Frankie & Louie’s. This home is just 20 minutes from the Bagnell Dam Strip, and 25 minutes from Osage Beach!
To abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you will be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check.
Important note: The information is collected for screening and verification only and is not stored or used for any other purposes.
Please be advised that you will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. You will also be required to pay a refundable damage deposit of $500 before check-in. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:

• You acknowledge that you will be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in.
• You acknowledge that you may be required to undergo a background check if mandated by the property management company or the building, as stated in accordance with your rental agreement and condition of the booking.
• You understand that your check-in instructions might be withheld until you have successfully completed our verification portal.
• You understand that your check-in instructions might be withheld until you have added a payment method in your guest portal for the damage deposit.
