As soon as you open the door you will be blown away by gorgeous and unobstructed views of the Pacific Ocean and Hawaiian Hilton Village Lagoon. This elegant residence is newly renovated and located in one of the most desirable and expensive stack of the building. Best place to watch Friday's Fireworks at the comfort of your own private balcony! Ilikai is an iconic building located next to Hawaiian Hilton Village and many Waikiki attractions and restaurants just few steps away from Waikiki strip.
A true one-bedroom unit, with solid wall to ensure complete privacy for the master bedroom and your guests.
Fully equipped kitchen is completely stocked with everything you need to prepare simple to gourmet meals. It is perfect for vacationing singles, families or business people and honeymooners! We just upgraded our beautiful place with new queen size sofa sleeper and 2 flat screen TV's. 50 inch TV in the living room and smaller TV in the bedroom. Wireless Internet included.
The Ilikai is an iconic building and you will fall in love with this hotel as soon as you enter open air lobby that features waterfalls, beautiful trees, fire torches that are lid up every night and many seating areas to enjoy beautiful ocean or sunset views. There is an Aroma Coffee Shop, famous Cinnamon's Restaurant with delicious food and Mai Tais, grocery store and many other small shops in the lobby of the Ilikai.
Guests will be able to enjoy two separate pools on the property, Friday night Hula show and Aloha Friday fireworks at Hilton Hawaiian Village just next door.
Guests will be provided with property manager's and assistant's phone numbers in case they need any assistance throughout their stay in Hawaii.
Honolulu is synonymous with the worldwide fame of Waikiki Beach. Known for its white sand beaches, clear water and ideal surfing conditions, Waikiki Beach is a popular destination for locals and holidaymakers alike. The beach is accessed publicly in many locations and is comprised of eight sections. Surfing, swimming, sand combing or relaxing in the sun – Waikiki Beach has it all!
Ilikai Building is in a prime location next to Hawaiian Hilton Village and few minutes’ walk to Ala Moana shopping center, Waikiki strip and many restaurant, beaches and attractions. Many of our guests choose not to get a car since everything is located just few steps away and Uber and taxi services are available 24 hours. There is a bus stop as well as Biki (new bike sharing services throughout Honolulu) station just outside of Ilikai Building.
If you decide to make a trip around the Island there are many rental car agencies located in Waikiki and Advantage Car Rental Company is located at the lobby of Ilikai.
If you choose to rent your own car there are few parking options:
1. Public paid parking on the ocean side of the building (currently $1/hour)
2. Valet parking is $28/day with in and out privileges
3. Self-parking at Ilikai Marina Building next door is $23/day with in and out privileges

Smoking is prohibited in all Ilikai condos and balconies. Smoking inside of the unit or balcony will result in a loss of security deposit.
AC
We kindly ask to turn off AC when you are not at home. Please close balcony doors when you are using AC.
Internet
The Internet username and password are written on the modem (black box with a white sticker in front of it). If you have any issues connecting please make sure you entered correct username and password. If you still are having problems connecting please reboot the modem by unplugging from the outlet for 2 minutes first and then plugging it back.
Trash Disposal and Washer and Dryer
Trash chute and coin operated washer and dryer are located on the same floor next to elevators.
