The Space:
As you enter the apartment you will be greeted by the open-concept kitchen and living area with views out the balcony towards Northstar Resort and the entrance to Big Springs Gondola. Guests will first arrive in a tiled hallway with a bench and coat rack providing a great space to unload your outdoor gear before settling in. To the left is the condo's bathroom, and to the right is the well-laid-out kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything from stainless steel appliances and basic cookware to a large kitchen bar with four barstools making it convenient to put together a delicious meal while staying connected with your loved ones.
Past the tiled kitchen area, you will transition to warm hardwood floors as you enter the inviting living space. Warm up by the lovely stone gas fireplace as you settle into the pull-out couch that doubles as additional sleeping space or the cozy corner chair. Enjoy the views out the balcony door as you catch a movie on the mounted 50” Roku TV and make plans for your next adventure. Or enjoy your breakfast at the small table featuring two chairs in front of the balcony doors and fireplace fully embracing your mountain vacation as you ease into the day. Off the living room enjoy a private balcony where you can look directly at the entrance of Big Springs Gondola, take in the views of the majestic Jeffery Pine Forest, or check out how busy the shared hot tub area is. All of this and more can be seen from the balcony providing you with a birdseye view of the area.
When you are ready to call it a night you will find the bedroom located just off the living room. Relax in style in this spacious well-decorated bedroom that includes beautiful views over the surrounding area! Equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay the room has a spacious king bed, two bedside tables with lamps, a dresser with a 42” TV on top, a large closet with a built-in organization system, and access to the shared bathroom.
Through the bedroom, you can access the bathroom, which also has a door from the kitchen for convenient access from both sides of the home. The spacious bathroom has a sleek double-sink vanity with ample under-the-sink storage, a large mirror placed about the vanity, and a spacious tiled shower and tub combo complete with large built-in shelf space for storing all your shower items. Just outside the bathroom near the front entryway and kitchen, you will find a stacked washer and dryer making it easy to freshen up straight from the bathroom.
Guests in this home are welcome to take advantage of the shared amenities that are included with this property such as two hot tube areas, a pool, and two fitness centers.

Guest Access:
Guests will have full access to the condo and all of the amenities the complex has to offer. Guests also have access to one parking spot in the underground parking garage, if you need additional parking you can pay for it depending on availability.
Other Things To Note:
This condo is located on the 3rd floor of a condo complex and you will need to visit the front desk to pick up your key card and parking pass.
If you are renting this home from November through March, please remember that there may be winter driving conditions, and a 4-wheel drive with all-terrain tires or snow chains for your 2-wheel drive tires might be necessary for safe travel. In the winter we strongly suggest a truck or SUV with AWD or 4WD and all-terrain tires. Even if it hasn’t snowed in a few days, side roads can still be icy and have snow on them.
Please note that grills and outdoor furniture are not available during the months of November to April due to snow.
The Neighborhood:
The condo is located in The Village at Northstar, an international ski destination in the winter and a bike park in the summer with a focus on being family-friendly. The condo is located in the desirable Catamount building so you can enjoy all that Northstar has to offer. This condo puts you within walking distance of great restaurants and bars, shops, a movie theater, and an ice/roller skating rink. Guests can enjoy the shared amenities this condo includes such as two hot tub areas, a pool, and two fitness centers.
If you are looking to get out of the village a bit, the historic town of Truckee is only a 10-minute drive to the north where you will find great shopping, restaurant, and breweries. A 10-minute drive to the south with take you to the beautiful Lake Tahoe and the fun town of Kings Beach which offers shopping, restaurants, and sandy beaches with great views of Lake Tahoe.
Getting Around:
This home is a short minute walk to Big Springs Gondola so you can quickly get out on the mountain. The condo is located on the public transportation system, TART, with a stop just at the roundabout in front of the village taking you to stops along route HWY 267.
Tahoe also has UBER, Lyft, and many taxi companies.
Other Things to Note:
Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts' opening and closing dates.

• 50% of payment is due upfront and the rest of the payment is due (14) days before arrival.
• Booking Fee: We charge an additional, non-refundable fee of 2% of the total payment to cover the cost of booking processing.
• The credit card holder must provide a picture of the back and front of their ID via a secure and encrypted portal upon confirmation for fraud protection.
• Please promptly respond to any inquiries or requests for additional information to ensure the confirmation of your booking; failure to respond in a sufficient manner may lead to cancellation of the reservation.
