One side is not for guest use which is why on Harp's Haven's property page on our website under the 'home highlights' section, it states 'Single Car Garage Available to Guests.' Typically all information that you need during your stay lives in our GLAD To Have You app which you are prompted to download as soon as you book. There you will find an abundance of information about the property, neighborhood, and community. Thank you for letting us know that the trash pickup information is not in there. We will get it updated so that it can help future guests. We hope to welcome you back again soon!

As for the pool, we provide photos on our website that are up-to-date so that you can imagine yourself in the home before even booking. Hi Helen, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're truly sorry to hear that your experience did not meet your expectations. We’d like to clarify a few points for the sake of transparency for future guests. First and foremost, we do not edit or enhance our photos to make the pool appear larger, as that would only create unrealistic expectations and ultimately lead to guest dissatisfaction- which we actively work to avoid. The images online accurately reflect the home, and we also provide a full virtual tour where the pool is shown exactly as it is. Virtual tours cannot be digitally edited to change the size or appearance of the space, and we encourage all guests to review them thoroughly before booking. Additionally, the pool dimensions are visible within the virtual tour, and we are always happy to answer any specific questions prior to booking- including the pool size. Unfortunately, we did not receive any inquiries from you about the pool’s dimensions before your reservation was made. As for the pool alarm, this is a Florida state law designed to protect children and prevent accidents. In some homes, a bypass button can be installed outside, but not all homes are wired in a way that allows for it. This home does not currently support that configuration, and we apologize if that caused any inconvenience during your stay. We appreciate your feedback and will certainly share your comments with our team.
