BEDROOM #1: Furnished with a very comfortable queen-sized bed. The bedding is cleaned for every guest. The queen-sized bed accommodates two people.

BATHROOM: Fresh, clean towels are provided. Shampoo, conditioner, soap, and body wash are also provided. A hairdryer is also available.

KITCHEN: Guests are welcome to make use of the kitchen to cook and store food in the fridge. Kitchen is stocked with plates, glasses, mugs, utensils, pots, pans, and other miscellaneous cooking tools. Coffee machine with complimentary coffee (regular, flavored, decaf) sugar, provided for guests.

LIVING ROOM AREA: Living room has a ROKU Smart TV with a comfy couch and a large chair. A nice Dining Table also doubles as an excellent workstation and has seating for 6 people. In addition, there is (1) sofa bed & (1) futon bed in the living area

Place was great, as advertised. Plenty of space for the 6 of us and could’ve fit more easily. The owners upgraded us at no charge and were very easy to communicate with.

Hidden gem

This property is tucked away behind a few restaurants. The location was great with access to restaurants and activities, but it didn’t feel like you were in the middle of the action. There were some reviews about it being noisy at night, but we had no issues and all slept great!

It’s a modern and beautiful room with an incredible rustic and historic exterior. Great area, easily walkable to many different things, we even walked to Petco Park down the street!

Perfect for a night in the gaslamp

We drove into San Diego to see Def Leppard and Journey play at Petco Park. This was a perfect walking location in a safe part of the gas lamp district. The apartment was nice and clean. It was off the main path so it was quiet too.

Gaslamp Gem

Came to my hometown for a conference at the convention center and needed a place close by. This little gem is situated right in the middle of the Gaslamp. Cute, clean and super convenient. If you don't mind a little noise but like to be in the middle of it all, then this place is for you!

San Diego & location

This is a great location for whatever you might want to do in San Diego on a vacation. Seaport Village, Gaslamp District, the Bay, commuter rail access, Petco Park, Coronado Island, airport, entertainment, food It is a cozy little property. We had two adults and two teenagers sharing the queen beds. That is about all I would do unless you spend no time during the day at the property.

Great for our conference at the convention center

We were able to walk (about 10 minute walk) to the convention center. The place was clean and it looked just like in the pictures. Had a stove and coffee pot. Everything we needed. They quickly fixed the internet issue via text messages. Overall I loved our stay. I felt safe with the locked gate walkway and there are lots of taco shops on the street!

Had water issues the first day. We were moved to an upstairs apartment. Poor internet connection, bar accross the street that played till 2 or 3 am. Should have noticed the ear plugs left on the table as a clue. However the bass of the speakers bounced you around and sleeping was almost impossible before the bar shut down. Monday night was the only quiet one. No outlets in the bathroom and no closet in the master bedroom for clothes. Could be a nice play if they spend a little money on some sound proofing and upgrades. No response to my last inquiry about moving us back downstairs after the shower water issue was resolved.
