BEDROOM #1: Furnished with a very comfortable queen-sized bed. The bedding is cleaned for every guest. The queen-sized bed accommodates two people. In addition, there is a ROKU Smart TV

BATHROOM: Fresh, clean towels are provided. Shampoo, conditioner, soap, and body wash are also provided. A hairdryer is also available.

KITCHEN: Guests are welcome to make use of the kitchen to cook and store food in the fridge. Kitchen is stocked with plates, glasses, mugs, utensils, pots, pans, and other miscellaneous cooking tools. Coffee machine with complimentary coffee (regular, flavored, decaf) sugar, provided for guests.

LIVING ROOM AREA: Living room has a 3rd ROKU Smart TV with plenty of seating comfy couch and a large chair. A nice Dining Table also doubles as an excellent workstation and has seating for 6 people. In addition, there is (1) sofa bed & (1) futon bed in the living area

Fantastic Apt

Location was fantastic. While music is thumping outside on a weekend night, you couldn’t hear it inside the unit. Window unit AC worked great and the washer and dryer was efficient. Great little kitchen- the hosts even left me some dispo aluminum pans and foil so I could make a special birthday meal! Definitely will stay here again. 12-14 minute walk to Convention Center. Great food options around too! Thanks for a great few days in San Diego.

Gaslamp San Diego

The owners and management were fantastic as well as the apartment. However the area was horrible. They were aggressive homeless people there. One morning I woke up to go outside and at the front door a homeless person dumped over the garbages right in front of the door just to get the aluminum cans and he was swinging his arms all over the place for people to stay away. There were a couple of other incidents so if that doesn't bother you this would be the place to stay however definitely not for me. Again, the owners and management and apartment were great

Great location! Nice apartment!

Place is very comfortable and in a great location. Hosts were excellent with communication. Comfortable bed and attractive apt. No view at all. Had to keep curtains drawn for privacy. Bathroom is in need of updating. Shower pressure was awful, smell in bathroom, toilet paper holder broken…no place to hang towels…bathroom just needs work. Plus to have washer/dryer. Overall a great stay in SD.
