Great for certain trips

The property was well kept, clean, no issues with the condo itself. The parking situation could have been better divulged in the listing. Its on the 10th floor in the parking garage. It always took 15 to 20 minutes just to exit or enter the garage to the designated parking spot. Many people flew into the corners and caused a traffic jam. It was a nightmare. The elevators were extremely packed, hot/humid, at all times. Long waits. The condo is located on the 19th floor. So not an easy stair trek from the 10th floor either. We found it a little easier to find the elevators far away from the parking garage. There was a lot of security around the pool which was appreciated, but surprisingly there was still a lot of smoke/weed smell all the time. I'd say, this would be a great condo, if you plan to stay the entire time and not come and go constantly, shopping, etc. like we did. Fyi, The armbands are uncomfortable, and required at all times and not removable once snapped together. Although you're supposed to keep them on your wrist or ankles, it was much easier to keep one on a keychain to reach and swipe for vehicle entry gate.

Elevators are HORRIBLE. And we were on 19th floor. Parking was on 10th floor. Awful. Door lock to condo was broke. One toilet wouldn’t flush. The other leaked. Sheets on a fresh made bed are not crunched up and wrinkled. Ours were !! Had to wash bedding 1st. Found a razor under bed along with many dust balls. Very disappointed

Cleanest condo

The condo was very clean. I don’t think I’ve ever walked into a condo and not feel icky. I did not feel this way with this unit. The check in process was kind of a pain. I get a ton of emails from VRBO so the email for checkin was lost. Which resulted in us waiting outside of the room for 45 minutes until the owner called me to help me find the email. I understand this was my fault. Just be sure to read every single email. The elevator situation was a nightmare. It took 20-40 minutes sometimes.

First time staying here and it was Great and perfect for my family of 4, the condo is very cozy and has a great view of ocean, my teens enyojed the pool. Locations is great their is a lot of places you can go with in walking distance. We would deff stay here again.

Very pleased with the cleanliness of the unit. Security and staff of the condos are super courteous and helpful. The location of the facility is conveniently located just a few miles from St Andrew's State park and Peir Park is just a short drive away as well.

Had a great time at the beach with family. Awesome view and good location. Not too busy. Pool was on the colder spectrum, Would be nice if they could have kept it at a better temp. Overall, great getaway. Lots of going in circles up/down the parking deck.

Great stay!

Great location! Tons to do in the area. Beach view and accessibility is amazing! Sunsets to die for! Everything we needed was available to us or supplied in the condo. Small hiccup getting the door code to work at first but quickly remedied.

Great location

Very nice condo on a higher floor very clean and we didn’t have any issues. The master bed mattress should probably get changed out because it makes a lot of noise every time you turn over or move in bed. But that was our only issue. Communication with the host was great.

Beautiful Spot

Location was great! Condo was nice and well stocked. (Bring a hairdryer with you) Within walking distance to multiple things. Right across from Walmart. Great beach access. Nice pool. The elevators and parking garage are the only downfall. The elevators take 30 minutes (no joke) and it’s a good 10 minutes to get out of the garage if you are on a higher floor. Communication was not great. I’m not sure the property owner was getting my messages. I sent multiple texts and never got a response. Our key code was not working at check in. With luggage and 3 children on a top floor in the heat, this was frustrating but it eventually got taken care of. There was a suprise charge that I wasn’t aware of until the day of check in. The wrist bands cost $85 and I had cash and they wanted a credit card so this was a surprise problem. Other than that, everything went well!
