Looking for a property for your friends and family? STOP here! This 3 bedroom/3 bath recently renovated home with a private pool and outdoor kitchen lacks for nothing. You will arrive to a brand new property with all of the amenities that you would want in a rental property and more. We work hard to provide our guests with all of the essentials that we would want in a vacation home. From a well stocked kitchen to newly purchased quality linens and towels provided for each guest. This vacation home will exceed your expectations.

We are located in the highly sought after Esmeralda neighborhood in Noord, near the Aruba's only championship golf course at Tiera Del Sol. A five minute drive will take you to both the Palm Beach and Arashi Beach. We provide beach chairs and towels for all .

Groceries are found at the Superfood grocery store- 15 minutes away or at one of many smaller stores near the house.

The house has 2 bedrooms in the main home each with a bathroom. The master bedroom has a king bed and en-suite full bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen sized bed and a full bathroom in the hall just outside the bedroom door. The third bedroom is located at poolside. It has a queen sized bed, sitting area, and full bath en-suite. Very private from the main living areas.

Everything about the trip was perfect from the house to the manager to the island. The house was absolutely perfect and had everything we needed and more. Sartini, the manager, was easily accessible if we had a question and prepared us immensely for check in, restaurant suggestions and excursions. If we could give our stay more than 5 stars, we would.

Amazing house

The place was absolutely amazing! We were a group of 3 couples and had plenty of room. We really enjoyed the pool and outdoor kitchen (even grilled a few times). Everything was clean and the kitchen was well stocked. Sartini sent a discount code for Super Foods and signed me up for the discount card. She was super responsive and so was Sanne. They went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. We will definitely stay here again! Do not hesitate to rent this place!!!!

Excellent home in Aruba

We loved the house and it had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The beds were comfy, aircon was cool and it was very tastefully decorated. Having the pool and the full cooking area kitchen outside was such a nice way to enjoy a dinner at home. Would stay here again with no hesitation! The property management was awesome and very responsive.

Fantastic Stay at Esmeralda Villa 119

We really enjoyed our stay at this villa. The accommodations were clean, modern, and well maintained. The location is in a quiet neighborhood, close to Arashi Beach which turned out to be our favorite. A short drive will take you to the Palm Beach area where there are plenty of restaurants and beachfront bars. The pool area is perfect for afternoon and evenings after a beach day or tour of the island. All in all, I'm very glad we chose this villa for our visit to Aruba.

Amazing Villa!

Everything about this property is amazing! Our family came in March 2024 and it was our first time in Aruba. The hosts and property managers were so helpful with tips and recommendations for the island. The location was great, we were within 5-10 minutes of everything we wanted to do. The house is well equipped with everything you need and was perfect for our vacation. Highly recommend!

Great family week at Esmeralda Oasis !

With 5 adults and 1 infant, Esmeralda Oasis was everything we wanted and more. Great location and close to beaches and restaurants. The house has everything you would ever need. The pool area and cabana area was a great way to spend time together. We LOVED the cornhole game and ended up having a family tournament :) It was a bit too windy for ping pong, though we did give it a try. We rented a car which made touring the island a great way to get around.I would not hesitate to book this place again and looking forward to hour next time back in Aurba. Thanks for the memories Esmeralda Oasis !!

A home away from home

Esmeralda Oasis is an amazing home. Perfect for 3 couples. The amenities are endless and detailed all the way down to multi port chargers in every room. Everything you need for the beach from snorkel gear to chairs are at Scott and Marisa's home. It feels like it is your home. The property manager, Sartini, is the best! She makes sure all your needs are met during your stay. Highly recommend, you will not want to leave.

PERFECT PROPERTY

This property is actually better than it looks online if that's possible. Great location. Close to everything. Clean and very well stocked. Speakers throughout the house. Chargers throughout the house. Management/host was very responsive and helpful in planning activities. If you're considering renting do yourself a favor and book!

Amazing getaway

My wife, her parents, and our kids all stayed here April 6-13. We were all amazed at the convenience factor and communication was with owners and property managers. This place had everything you could ever want including a safe to store valuables. Kids loved waking up and jumping in the pool and was way more convenient than staying at a resort. Took multiple trips to the beaches to swim and play and ate amazing food really close by. We will definitely try to make this an annual getaway! Thank you everyone for the awesome experience and amazing memories!

You shouldn’t ask if you should book this house, you should consider yourself very lucky if you get this house for your visit to Aruba. Highly recommend this beautiful, spacious house! Loved the pool and outdoor patio too! It’s even better than the listing, don’t hesitate to book this house! Sartini , the house manager on the island , is amazing and so helpful and responsive to any questions . Location was excellent! Book a car and explore the island! Can’t say enough about this property so if you get the chance to book it, don’t hesitate.

Fantastic Property 10******

Everything about this Villa was fantastic. The property itself is gorgeous. The kitchen is extremely well stocked with designer appliances, cookware, plates, cutlery, glasses, spices in pantry. Neighborhood is very safe and only 5 minutes from hotel beach area. Superfoods supermarket is 10 minutes away, 3 local supermarkets 5 minutes away. Eduardo's Hideaway down the street for great breakfast or lunch options. We got take in 2 nights, BBQ 1 night. Sartini and Rose from the management company we're super helpful with recommendations for dining, beach going, and car rental. They were always available and responded very quickly. Even the owner of the Villa, Marisa reached out to make sure everything was good. I would highly recommend this Villa. Cant wait to return next year

Perfect in every way

The house is everything you read. Fun fact: the pool is in full sun after 8am, the water is a nice, warm temp all day long! Ping Pong tourneys were a great break during the lounging days. AC was great, and the floor fans gave it the extra kick I needed. We love the location because we are close to our favorite snorkeling beach (Boca Catalina), now-favorite sunset viewing location (Westpunt), and restaurant scene. We didn't get to drink our morning coffee in the front yard, which is just as cute as the rest of the house...wish we did! The house has everything you need to live in it - full kitchen, plenty of towels, shampoo/conditioner/body soap (since we only bring carry-ons), beach supplies. Both Sartini & NIenke were a pleasure to meet and were quick to respond to any questions we had during the week. We will absolutely rent this house again!

A beautiful Villa - definitely would recommend!

We stayed here for 10 nights in August 2023. The Villa is exactly as it appears in the photographs - it is spotlessly clean and the pool is fantastic! Our little one loved it. The Villa has all the modern appliances and tech you would hope for - the wifi is great too. Lots of thought has been put into what guests would like during their stay and those small touches make all the difference (for instance usb charging stations, coffee maker, ice maker, beach towels and chairs). It was also great to have some of the essentials provided - for instance bin bags, toilet paper, shampoo/conditioner etc. The location is great too - easy to find and only a short drive to Arashi beach, and the busier Palm Beach area. You do need a car to get around but the quieter location was ideal for us. Rose and Sartini (who manage the property) are amazing too - extremely friendly, responsive to any questions and great for recommendations for restaurants and places to visit. Overall a brilliant experience and would highly recommend! Book this Villa and you will not be disappointed!

Owner is an inconsiderate, unprofessional human being

On our 2nd day at the villa, my cousin was finished taking a shower and opened the glass shower door with one hand. The ENTIRE glass door shattered into pieces. She sustained cuts to her legs and feet and glass scratches to the side of her breast and shoulder. Because she is a nurse, we were able to clean her wounds without going to the hospital. The manager sent someone to clean up the glass and replace the bloody towels the same day, but no mention of discounting us for the incident. I reached out several times to see what they were going to do to make this situation right and finally the manager said the owner would reach out to me via WhatsApp. The owner said he would contact me when he got back from vacationing in South Africa and to my surprise he leaves me a voicemail text (that he conveniently erased), which basically accused my cousin of using force which is why the glass shattered and for this reason, he said I should forget about any discount. When I replied to him via text, stating there was no force used. There was absolutely no ventilation in the bathroom and you have to keep the door close because it opens out to the hallway which is too close to both bedrooms. The rest of the house was very cool due to the air conditioning. They are claiming the glass door was tempered glass, however tempered glass can unexpectedly shatter due to thermal stress resulting fromtemperature changes during normal use! The owner was extremely unprofessional and rude!

This client contacted the property manager who immediately went to the house to inspect the damage and check on the renter. What the property manager found: no water anywhere inside the shower (walls, floor etc) which she found odd as the client said she was "getting out of the shower when the door broke" - all by itself. The property manager took video of the scene and again interesting, all of the broken glass was 'inside' the shower - not scattered all over from a spontaneous explosion. The shower door was tempered safety glass - I have been in the glass business (ironic) now for 37 years - so I know a little about glass breakage - I have yet to see one break 'all by itself'... you can decide what happened here. As for professionalism, I was conciliatory and professional letting the client know that I was not going to hold her responsible for the broken door ($500), I hoped she was okay and had a good time at the house... until she attempted to get me to pay HER money and that she was going to call an attorney. There IS ventilation in the bathroom - a window... I did not erase my voice text on the clients phone - it is not possible to delete something from another's phone. Like I said, I'm a glass guy, not a master hacker. The property manager did see the renter with a couple of bandaids and (in her words) 1 drop of blood on the floor. Look, things happen in a house, things break. I normally chalk it up to the cost of doing business and move on, but when one breaks something, uses their breaking my stuff to get $ from me, and then assassinates my character, I have to respond- My wife and I have three other vacation properties (a lifetime dream) on VRBO with hundreds of 5 star reviews - we want all our renters to LOVE the houses and have an amazing time - with no drama. Alles klopte! Heerlijk huis met goede service. Voor ons de 8e keer dat we er waren. Dit was een van de topwoningen die we hebben gehuurd. Nienke en Sartini bedankt voor de goede service! Marissa and Scott bedankt sat we van jullie mooie woning gebruik mochten maken!
