This charming property is just a few miles from Durango Hot Springs, making it the perfect place to unwind and relax. And when you're ready to explore, you'll find plenty of nearby attractions, like the Bar D Chuckwagon and Bakers Bridge. Spend the summer days hiking, mountain biking, fishing, or playing golf, and spend the winter skiing, snowshoeing, or snuggling up in front of the gas fireplace.

Outdoor space at home includes a private patio and balcony, both ideal for morning coffee or evening cocktails. The Durango to Silverton Narrow Gauge Railroad goes by regularly, and you can spot it from the upstairs deck or the picnic table behind the home. Inside, you'll find a homey space with traditional furnishings. The large kitchen features stainless steel appliances and ample counter space, including a standalone kitchen island. Grab a bite at the kitchen table or sit down for a full meal at the adjacent dining table. Evening entertainment options at home include two streaming-capable TVs, board games, and a DVD library for a fun family movie night. Keep dinner simple on the gas grill, and use the patio Bluetooth to play your favorite tunes while you cook. Security camera details: There are two surveillance cameras facing away from the home for added security. One on the front, and one on the back of the home.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
